I had to call in for a few questions regarding a dresser, needed a measurements and clarity on the color. From start to finish the experience was great. Their team made sure I had the information I needed and when it arrived the team that delivered was terrific. I would absolutely order from Layla Grayce again, hopefully the same people will still be working there!!

I ordered a $1,400+ sideboard only for it to be delivered looking completely different from the one I purchased. Pambrook sideboard is a beautiful light wash wooden sideboard. The one I received was way darker and grey (somewhat green in some lightings). I understand wood finishes can vary being a natural material but the difference between what I ordered and received was astounding. I emailed the same day I received the sideboard with side by side photos of the sideboard I got and the photos used online to show how different they were. I was told that the difference in finishes is out of their control and if I would like to return for a refund (which I requested) I would need to pay the FREIGHT shipping charges for it (over 100 lbs) which would be laughable, a 10% restocking fee AND return in original packaging. It came with free white glove shipping meaning they took the packaging with them after it was delivered. Therefore I have no way to return it even if I wanted to pay hundreds of more dollars to return the sideboard. Terrible customer service and horrible product quality control which is not a good combo considering how much this piece of furniture was and how long I waited for it to come in. Very disappointed.
