Absolutely brilliant company. There was a little mix up with my order but they sorted it out politely and professionally. I would definitely recommend them. They also have some great deals on Pandora charms.

I bought and paid for a watch on sale. They contacted me the next day and claimed out of stock. Don't waste your time with these people, they don't act in good faith.

I have to be honest I had never heard of burrells until recently. I had left one of my daughter's birthday presents until last minute and ordered from burrells as they were the only ones that were able to get it to me in time at no extra cost. I ordered a pandora charm, this was delivered right on time. Will not hesitate to order from again

Received an email from Burrells informing of a Flash Sale with extra discounts etc. Bought a watch with the discounts applied to what I thought was a genuine promotion and was looking forward to receive the watch before Christmas. I checked my emails today to see that they wouldn’t honour the discount and that it was an error and asked me to either pay the difference or take a refund. Not professional at all considering I was going to gift my workforce a watch in the new year in top of their bonus as a thank you, which I will simply take elsewhere after this train crash of an order.
