I would highly recommend not using this company. I purchased a watch on their website and paid for it when they claim they will get delivery within two days. Subsequently I get a phone call telling me it's a mistake. The website team had made the mistake then was told I was going to get the watch within four or five weeks which I accepted again. Subsequently I get a message saying if you can get the watch elsewhere please do and I will give you your refund. I just think the way this was handled and customer service was terrible. If you buy something from somebody you expect to get it after four or five weeks not sure when I would receive the watch so I accepted my refund, I highly recommend not dealing with these people not honourable and quite rude

I had purchased three items of Georg Jensen silver jewellery. The earrings and pendant I was able to take away with me but the ring was too small. Dawn arranged to order a larger size direct from Georg Jensen. Unfortunately this took a lot longer to arrive than anyone had anticipated. Dawn kept me up to date on progress and rang me as soon as the ring was delivered. It's lucky she was so vigilant as she double checked the sizing prior to posting it to me and discovered it was the wrong size. It has now been returned and I am waiting for a replacement.

My experience with Burrells in general, and Dawn in particular, has been excellent. I wanted a Georg Jensen silver bracelet and Dawn photographed all the bracelets she had in stock and emailed these to me. I was able to find a bracelet to match a ring I'd purchased last year and was absolutely delighted. The bracelet was posted promptly and arrived exactly as promised and very securely packaged. I'm still waiting for my ring but I have no concerns that it will be received soon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Burrells, particularly Dawn who has been an absolute star.
