"The REAL nightmare before Christmas!"

Lovely items which arrived quickly and without issue. When visiting the store in Winchester it sadly made that initial experience a distant memory and made me wish I had made my purchases elsewhere.

Staff were unhelpful and the manager was rude.

I will not be a returning customer and would not recommend. There are many other jewellers in the area that would appreciate your business and would offer a much better level of service regardless of spend on any given occasion.

He could do with some management training.

However Matt is very nice and helpful.

I would not recommend Burrells to anyone. Customer service doesn’t exist. No reply to emails, also they don’t answer the phone. All about the sales. Just don’t bother.

Pleasant people who show an interest in their customers. I’ve bought be one £3000 watch here but they gave me the wrong box and warranty card, so I had to return to the shop. Have made two enquiries where they promised to give me a call with the answer yet I’ve heard nothing afterwards.

The whole process, from choosing & ordering, through to delivery & collection, took about 6-8 weeks. Throughout this time, I visited the shop several times. On each occasion I was always warmly welcomed by the staff and the service I received was faultless.

Purchased a few timepieces and even when I’ve sourced from elsewhere, they are kind enough to look after me by adjusting the link removal in my bracelet all free of charge and with a friendly helpful attitude. Paul was excellent throughout. I can’t recommend Burrell’s enough . My next purchase will definitely be from them
