Burrells Tunbridge Wells.
Having been totally ignored in Goldsmiths in Chelmsford I was looking for an alternative place to by some watches. I came across Burrells in Tonbridge Wells, not exactly round the comer but within moments of speaking to who I now know as Leeann dealt with my enquire. I gave her around 6 watches with part numbers to acquire for me to have a look at, and throughout was very patient with me and said they would be in at the weekend. When I turned up Paul dealt with me bringing all the watches promised for me to have a look at. Under no pressure I looked at them all and had chosen a Seiko & Tissot to come home with me.

The whole experience was absolutely spot on from my initial phone call to the First Class customer service within the shop.

Well Done Leeann & Paul a credit to Burrells.

"Terrible customer service -avoid."

Not what I expect from company selling luxury goods. Sent wrong Tag Heuer strap. (Over £100). Rude over the phone. Typical “I can’t be asked” attitude. Sent wrong item back on my expense and only two stars as refunded very promptly, but paid by PayPal so did not expect issue. When questioned return cost, I’ve been told item needs to be inspected to make sure what I am saying is true. Very patronising. Keep my £4, you’re going to need it if you run your business as it is.

Avoid. Pay more and get some maybe more “interested” people involved.

By the way - “sorry” would be nice.
