I got new windows and roofline installed by Andrew Wright and I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the quality of the fitting. The workmen done a fantastic job and made sure my house was clean and tidy before leaving each day, I'd highly recommend the company to anyone.

I recently had 6 new double-glazed p v c windows installed in my bungalow by Andrew Wright Windows.
I chose them because I had used them over 20 years ago in a previous house and was very pleased with the quality of the product and how well they had lasted. I am satisfied again with the workmanship, the quality of the windows, the competitive price and the excellent service of all concerned in the process. I would recommend this company.

Went to showroom and chose the door, guy came and measured up, got a date for fitting, guy came did the business, took away the old door, paid bill over phone. We have used Andrew Wright many times and they have always come up trumps. I would recommend.

What a pleasure it has been to deal with Andrew Wright Windows and Conservatories!! From the first home visit for a quote by the salesman, Martin Thorburn, the visit by the surveyor for the measurements and specifications and, finally, the early installation in January (instead of at the end of March/early April as anticipated), everything went very smoothly. Robert and Edwin worked solidly for 4 days to demolish the old conservatory and install the new one. Mark, the electrician, came the first day to make safe the electrics and then the last day to install the electrical sockets. Maureen, in the office, kept us updated on all matters - other than not telling us that the flooring was being delivered by a crane truck the day before installation began, which was a very minor omission. The new conservatory is now all set up with our furniture and plants and we sat out in it today (9 February) despite the sleet and rain. Thank you to everyone at Andrew Wright!

"Avoid Avoid at all cost"

Andrew Wright is by far the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with they are a total shambles, and very dishonest the one thing that they are experts in is telling lies they will promise you the earth to get your money then deliver on none of it dick Turpin was more honest that this lot !!
The office and so called management haven’t got a clue and their customer service skills are zero, they couldn’t run a bath never mind a company I feel sorry for the few good staff that work for them my only advice is get a new job as where you are is rotten from the top down ( what ever you do people stay well clear and got give them a dime it will only bring you misery)
All you’ll get is lies lies and more lies and of course cheap poor quality over priced goods
How this company gets any business is beyond belief, Avoid unless you want to become part of the Andrew Wright circus of disappointment and misery…

"I could not be happier with this service from Andrew Wright."

I could not be happier with the service I received from Andrew Wright Windows. In August 2021 I went to their showroom and ordered an in-line patio door. The salesman told me that due to a high volume of orders, the earliest that they could install it would be January 2022. I received a letter from them in December 2021 informing me that my installation date would be Friday 21st January around, or just after 12noon. True to their word, the fitters arrived just after 1pm. The two fitters Garry and David, got on with the job without delay and worked tirelessly throughout the process of removing my old Patio Door and fitting the new one. These two young fitters were very polite, hard workers, and paid attention to detail with the internal finish. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. A good product is one thing, but it has to be backed up by good fitters, and GARY and DAVID are excellent.

"Avoid this company like the plague"

Avoid this company like the plague. I usually only write positive reviews when I have received outstanding service/products, however this time I feel compelled to have to write a negative one. Not worth the stress even dealing with this company, they are an absolute nightmare to deal with- complete lack of organisation, communication and professionalism within the office. Which is a huge shame as the sales team, the builders and the window fitters were excellent to deal with and are sadly let down from the Head Office Team.

Arrived on time at on agreed day. Quality product, installed efficiently, neatly, timely and without fuss by considerate installers. Mess cleared away. really pleased with the door, much better quality than the old one.

Fitters arrived on time and cracked on with the job without any real disruption. They left the place clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend.

"Complicated install dealt with very well and great finished product"

We required to get a new double glazed window with a curved top glass area. Got several quotes and Craig from Andrew Wright was great. We order it just prior to first lockdown and as soon as restrictions were lifted they fitted it. The installers were very good and even with complication of requiring a stone mason to cut part of the old lintel away they arranged for a specialist stone cutter to do it to ensure there were no issues. The final window and finishing look great.
