"It’s a complete scam"
It’s a complete scam. I have a contract with them for Amazon. They took the upfront money, processed a single inventory order (which resulted in a loss), and then informed me they would no longer work with Amazon.
It’s a clear breach of contract, but they refuse to respond.

"Ecom authority stands by their word"
Ecom authority stands by their word, through the good bad and great, they have worked with me through whatever I need and have always been fair.

"Good Customer Service "
The reason for the 5 stars is simply because I genuinely feel like these guys have the best intentions in a very difficult market. The owner of the company has always responded when I have reached out and always remained very professional and accommodating. I do feel like Ecom Authority has a great business structure but the consumer (ie me) really must be aware of what their responsibility is. They work with you if you work with them and I can honestly say I am grateful for the open communication and transparency I’ve received.

"I signed up with Ecom in December of…"
I signed up with Ecom in December of 2023. Almost exactly 1 year ago. I'll be honest, the start was rough but we eventually had my Amazon account with inventory and selling consistently. About 5 months ago Ecom recommended a switch to Walmart due to the many complications with Amazon. It's been night and day. Everything we have done with my Walmart store has gone Extremely fast and smooth and I've sold more in 60 days on Walmart than i did in 6 months on Amazon. If you're reading this and considering jumping in I would tell you there's no better time than right now. The relationship Ecom has with Walmart right now is going great. Ask me 6 months ago and id tell you try something different just because of some of the barriers with Amazon. Ecom has been very transparent and open with all the ups and downs throughout the past year and is continuously improving everything for us. After the past few months selling on Walmart I'm extremely optimistic for 2025.

"You need at least $200k "
I had a great experience during due diligence but after interviewing their team and creating my own financial projections I determined that while they allow you to buy only $25k in inventory up front the model only makes financial sense if you have $100k or more to spend in inventory and up to $500k of capital to invest in the first year. I can’t give five stars since I was encouraged to pursue the opportunity without access to the amount of capital that their ideal client should have. Feedback for the company - be upfront about what it takes to be successful in this model and don’t sell a store for $75k to someone with less than $100k additional for inventory. I chose not to purse this partnership. Hopefully this review will be helpful to others looking into this opportunity.

"The is a complete scam!"
The is a complete scam! Do not invest in this company. You will lose your money. They took my original investment of $60k never responded. They are constantly changing how they communicate so that you can't talk to anyone. I have reached out countless times to just get my investment back and separate from this company.

"ECom Authority...Investors Beware! (Updated Review)"
This past Summer I decided to look into investing in a side business I could operate while still maintaining my full time job in the healthcare field so I'd have it as an additional source of income during retirement. During my research I came across a company called Ecom Authority, which helps investors set-up & operate their own on-line Amazon and/or Wal-Mart store. I was so excited about their business model that I personally took time off work to visit their facility at their warehouse located outside of Miami, FL.. After subsequent emails, text messages, phone & Zoom calls with their agent Nicholas I decided their Silver Program (70/30 profit) would be the best fit for my on-line ECom store. Throughout initial sales pitch and subsequent communications, Nicholas said he would provide me a $5K discount from the initial $60K start-up fee, which equates to an 5% discount, which he assured me throughout our on-going phone call conversations, as a sign of goodwill, which I thought was a very nice gesture. Then a week before my final payment was finalized the same agent told me he could now only give me a $3k discount, however I still agreed to move forward to finalize our deal. When the day came for my bank to wire the full and final payment he told me he wasn't able to honor the discount because his supervisor changed his mind. When I asked for the specific reason his response was because he thought I was going to wire the money a day earlier, on Sunday instead of Monday, which also happened to also be a Holiday weekend. It was a that point I came to the realization that if this agent was willing to use such unethical (bait and switch) business tactics on a committed future business partner it was a clear warning sign that I should not move forward since trust is such a pivotal element in any successful relationship, business or personal. Afterwards, I did more research and located dozens of reviews by other individuals who had become a victim with similar situations, whereas some clients even ended up loosing their entire life's retirement savings. My hope is that this feedback will be a Warning for potential investors like myself before getting into business with a disreputable organization.
P.S. Regarding ECom Authority's Reply (see below).
Dear ECom Authority Associate, "Your response further confirms to the Trustpilot's viewers of my terrible experience in dealing with your company. What you failed to mention in your response (below) is that we spoke weekly to share my LLC filing status, my bank business account updates, along my bank's estimated time-line it would take before my deposited check for $60k may be available in my account to initiate a wire transfer. When we spoke on the phone a couple of days before Thanksgiving I communicated I would check with my bank in a few days to make sure the check had cleared and if so the $57k would be wired on Friday with no issues. Your response to me was "Since it's a holiday week as long as we receive it by Monday we're fine". In addition, during our ongoing conversations you never once mentioned that my discount was in jeopardy of being revoked which you even reconfirmed with me by phone earlier in the week. The $3k discount you withdrew at the last second had nothing to do with my inability to cover the entire $60k, what it represented is a symbol of goodwill between 2 partners going into business together. Therefore, when you revoked the $3k you broke that trust which is a vital element in any viable relationship.
However, I can honestly say there was some valuable lessons learned from my personal, albeit dreadful, experience with ECom Authority which is the following;
Lessons Learned :
1) Before moving forward in forming a business partnership with ECom Authority or any company that requests a large upfront ($) capital investment be sure to do your due diligence by having a business attorney thoroughly examine your contract to ensure your financial interests are equally protected along with contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to see if there has been any complaints, which can often be a red flag.
2) 'Never' let a company you are going into business with make you feel rushed into hastily signing a deal, such as verbally offering a 'limited time only' deal or 'discount with a short expiration date' included in the terms of the agreement, this is a sneaky sales tactic often used by unethical companies to force potential customers into making an impulsive and rash decision, which is what ECom Authority tried to using on me.
3) Lastly, don't always trust the favorable testimonials posted on a company's website offering claims of financial security and success. These are typically fabricated hand-picked (positive) reviews to make their product or service seem better than it is.

"The Ecom team is all about meeting the…"
The Ecom team is all about meeting the clients needs and continuous improvement. During the past year I have been impressed how they are forthcoming with issues, and put in processes to fix the issue permanently. I have had the pleasure of talking to the Persio, the Support manager, and by far one of the best customer service experiences I have experienced.

My decision to use Ecom Authority as a partner in building my e-commerce business is making me look like a genius. They were able to get more store running, generating income, in a matter of weeks.
