Extremely well made. I absolutely love it!! Came within a weeks time. I'm very excited about it. Smaller than a standard US rolling pin. But doesn't matter. I love it!

I ordered two rolling pins and they came quickly with the added extras as promoted on their website. The quality is beautiful and they were easy to use. I used the shortbread recipe that was in the enclosed recipe book. I'm not a frequent baker, but the designs are so fun and it was so easy I am ordering two more rollers!

"Terrible customer service"

I placed an order on november 26, 2023. After not hearing anything for weeks, I tried to contact customer support via email. They didn't respond until a week later, when they informed me my order was supposedly delivered at a pick up point. I did not previously receive a mail from pastry made that the order was shipped, they did not inform me of the company they used to ship the order, the company did not deliver at our address even though my partner was at home that day. I did not receive a message from teh delivery company that tried to deliver the package, nor that it had now been delivered at a pick up point.
When asking pastry made about my order, they fail to respond in a timely fashion and only responded to 2 of my now 7 emails. Just now I hear the package has been returned because as they claim 'the customer was unable to retrieve the package at the UPS'. I ám the customer, I was nót unable, I was just not informed. I can only assume this is all a hoax and my order was never sent. It is now January 10, 2024. I placed an order on November 26, 2023 and paid €37 for the order including shipping. I still haven't received it and Pastry Made is making no effort to solve this matter.
Again, I can only assume it is a scam. Don't waste your money here.

Update January 16: I was contacted the day I added this review here and have now received part of my money back. So a quick response to ghis review. There was, however, no explanation as to why only part of the money was refunded and the same day they refunded part of my order, this review was flagged as not being genuine. So I now changed my 1 star review to a 2 star. Would have been 3, had they not flagged my review as not being based on a genuine experience. In short, not a hoax after all, but I would still never order here again.

"Please can anyone advise on how to use the rollers."

I received 2 rolling pins recently and was excited to try out the Christmas one today, imaging all the cookies I could make for presents, but despite tasting amazing, they came out of the oven with no image on. I used the spice recipe in the book, chilled the dough and oiled the roller as it kept wanting to lift the dough, and yet they are nothing like the photos I've seen. Please can anyone add further advice. The workmanship is amazing, the delivery was quick but a lot of money if they don't work. Thanks.

They offered free square cookie cutters with the purchase of 2 rolling pins. I already had the square cutters, and asked through their online chat if I could have the round cutters instead with my most recent order.
