This is my first experience booking a cruise. My representative, Colte, was exceptionally patient with my myriad of questions; he was also very kind and caring that I made a reservation for a wonderful first cruise vacation.

Our agent did a great job of arranging everything. However, the people doing the hotel reservations were very slow. Also, you might check out other hotels as this one (Marriott) was very expensive and nothing special. Had to wait quite a long time for shuttle to hotel. Air arrangements were good as were the cruise. All in all - a good trip.

Have used this company as our cruise agent three times now. No problems at all. Everything they promised was spot on, no worries. When I have a choice, Cruise.com is the one I go to, period!

If you have any experience with cruising, you probably know more than the travel agents. Have been asked what was a hump cabin.
I always used cruise.com as they will
give free gratuity with balcony cabins. After more than 10 bookings with them things started to be difficult. Won't give you gratuities if you use your diamond balcony discount. Won't honor deals and bonuses on their website.
Lately not worth the time to book with them. I would only recommend to people who don't have significant cruise points/status.
