Booked a Bermuda cruise with Royal Caribbean through cruise.com for the first time. The booking transaction went into limbo after all the credit card info was entered so I nervously called up the reps.

Got Susan Sandell on the phone and she not only eased my concerns and assured me that the transaction most likely did not go through but she also put the cabin on hold for 24 hours so that I can lock in the rates and the cabin that I wanted.

From then on, she handled everything for me including recording the trip with my Crown and Anchor acct, reminding me that the remainder of the payment is due, and requesting a price adjustment twice when the cabins went on sale later on.

I took off 1 star as they are missing an IT Dept to assist with situations such as mine. It is quite nerve racking when the payment transaction went in limbo and there's no one to assist. Being able to reach the sale reps is ok but I still don't know what happened to that transaction and why was it stuck.
