I have booked over 5 cruises with cruise.com and am very happy with the service as well as the prices. It seemed like they gave me more incentives then others sites I've looked at. Such as ship board credits on gifts waiting in our stateroom such as chocolate.

We booked a cruise, it was just order taking, going through the process, there was no special services to speak of. Lady was polite. I asked about the cruise, any info, highlights? She resent the schedule, ssid, what else do you want to know?

I was very impressed with the agent in getting me the price I am paying, but stated I would be getting OBC's and a reduced price hotel voucher. . .when I was reviewing my "billing/statement/cruise details" none of this was showing up. I don't understand, but will be making a few inquiries. Otherwise, we are very impressed with the service and help of Cruise.com.

Each time I am amazed at how helpful the agents are in answering questions (or immediately getting the answer if they don't know), in making suggestions, in pointing out extras (like if you upgrade for a total of $50/pp you'll end up with a $300 cabin credit - or you may want to re-think your cabin selection as you are right over the late night party lounge),a d in gettgin you littel surprises liek a bottel of wine in your cabin on boarding or a free restaurant upgrade becasue it your anniversary. They are consistantly knowledgable and treat your booking like it was for them personally. We are very pleased customers and have recommended Cruise.com to friends, family and colleagues - all of whom have been equally pleased.
