Overall our experience was great, where Mortimers took care of the sale of our property, and in particular having a dedicated agent was important to us. Grace was our agent and nothing was too much trouble. She kept in regular contact with us, going above and beyond with the level of service she provided. We valued the flexibility around viewing properties, including Sunday viewings. But most of all we can not overstate how well we were supported by our assigned agent Grace in the purchase of the property we set our hearts on. From the outset Grace went above and beyond in keeping us informed at every stage and liaising with all the other estate agents and conveyancers involved to ensure that all was progressing as it should be. Nothing has been too much for Grace who has been completely accessible, even when I believe it may have encroached into her personal time. She has been a real star and I can't praise or thank her enough. She has my highest recommendation and I wish her every success in her continuing career.
