I had put my house on the market with Duckworths in August 2023 and had one viewing in a month. Following this I placed it on with Keenans as they were constantly calling me to request they took it and it was on with them until September 24 with around 40-50 viewings, a couple of poor offers and one who outbid someone by £5k only to pull out 4 weeks into the offer being accepted. Following this bad experience, I called Mortimers and even the agents said they'd no idea why this house hadn't been sold yet. It was easy for me to think "Yeah they all say that" but with 5 weeks I had an offer from a cash buyer and the sale completes in 2 days. Thank you so much to everyone I've been involved with at Mortimers, you'd be transparent, efficient and made the whole process simple and easy for me.
