"Avoid at all cost"

Ordered a superking divan bed and mattress and the quality of the bed is awful the head board has no holes in for me to be able to screw the wooden beams into the headboard to connect it to the base of the bed. The delivery man was rude and refused to take the bed indoors for me and left the bed and mattress in my back garden and gave me the delivery sheet and made a swift exit, he claimed he wasn't insured to carry my goods inside and said I'd have to pre book him taking the bed inside for insurance purposes but didn't offer him coming back another day or anything he was saying its tough luck and refused to put the bed back on the van awful service
