As a Carer I often get asked from time to time for help or advise on where to acquire different items.. one of ladies I care for was desperate for a new mattress, not only did Ryan turn up within 48 hours of speaking to him he also turned up with a couple of different mattresses so the lady could choose which one she would like.. he was very polite, friendly and done an amazing job at making a 90 year old lady happy.. she absolutely loves going to bed now and cannot thank North West Beds for being lovely x keep up the good work x 100% recommend
