Excellent service arrive a lot earlier then the time frame given which worked out better for me . Plenty of contact too . Delivery men were friendly as helpful and bed quality is amazing thank you. !

I didn’t want to write this but I have never been so disappointed in a service , I can’t even write about the bed as after 4 weeks I still after several emails and promises to advise that they would get the bolts to fit the headboard to the bed I still haven’t received anything although I was promised that the owner of northwest beds would personally do it , would I recommend ? No on the basic customer service experience absolutely not
