"Ordered a couch on Tuesday & came…"

Ordered a couch on Tuesday & came tonight, they had a little struggle getting it in, Ryan & his colleague went above and beyond to make sure he got it in with no marks or damages. He even put it together too. 5* customer service would highly recommend!

Second mattress purchased from here. Great quality and great price. This time when the delivery was made the council had dug up the road outside my house. The delivery guy carried the mattress several hundred yards on his back! Fabulous service and product. Recommend.

"Rural delivery"

I ordered a bed via there website and had not heard about the company before. I used clear pay as I thought it would give me security if there was an issue. Can not fault the company within 48 hours my bed and head board were delivered and the quality was great to. Will be using them again.

The reason I am giving Northwest Bed Centre a 5 is
* Accessible show room, encouraged to look around and lie on the beds.
* Level of knowledge excellent transparent and open with information,
* Helped me reach my budget for 2 beds without me feeling like I had made any compromises.
* 2 doubles purchased, they feel like luxury from the free standing headboards, solid base and thick comfy mattress
* I asked for delivery as near to christmas as possible as I was waiting for carpets to be laid, this was no problem and I was the second to last delivery before they finished for Christmas, that was much appreciated

I will be going back for my own King Size some time in the New Year.

I ordered the monaco bumper bed excellent quality couldnt of asked for better, building the bed was easy you just screw on the supplied bolts on each of the 4 corners, the base is held together by a long sturdy thick piece of wood going down the middle then 2 black sheets of thick wood going across. All in all a great experience i had to wait 3 weeks for delivery but that was to be expected as i wanted a saturday delivery. On the day of delivery i was sent a text where i could see my time slot.

Great company great customer service would deffinitely buy from again.

Wow what can I say… I’ve had 4 beds, a marble dining table and chairs, marble coffee table, crushed diamond love letters and crushed diamond lamp off North West Bed Centre, the service from start to finish was absolutely amazing the office staff were brilliant, the delivery team were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond. So much so I have ordered a new sofa and I can’t wait for it to arrive.
