I had ordered from this company for the first time I wouldn't recommend based on the services provided. The attitude was unreal However I had phoned yesterday to see if we could have a refund based on how long it was taken we was told no when asked why they said because its with the carrier and they can't issue a refund it was stated we would come into the shop to sort the refund on messages we was threatened to have our personal confo shared as a reply to our review/phone recordings. And was told if we attended the shop the boys would be waiting as it would be even funnier! After speaking to 101 on the 9.12.21 we was advice anything shared publicly without consent is a breach of data protection from a business and anything we shared was also a breach therefore I havent uploaded screen shots per to there behaviour as they haven't gave us permission to share the chat. The services was so unprofessional and stated to them directly I will not be buying from them again and there response was thank god as it saves there time dealing with arses like us on rare occasions. Poor services, very unprofessional. I have never met a business like it in my life!
We are not local either so please if your not local to there area its not worth the hassle.
I was told my item would be delivered on the 9.12.21 I took the day of work nothing arrived so I contacted them I was given between 7pm and 9pm and still nothing arrived. I went to contact the shop via fb they had blocked me I had tried ringing and no one was picking up so I emailed them I had no reply. So my partner decided to send them a message on fb he got a reply from the company you don't have a order with us then blocked. No refund no item.

If I could give 10 stars I would most definitely!! Fantastic customer service from Ryan and Lindzi at the showroom. Great selection of Quality beds at great prices. Had beds delivered to Manchester within a couple of days with no problems, would recommend the assemble service, the delivery guys were fantastic. Will definitely use North West beds again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for beds.
