"Pink single bed"

Northwest bed center is amazing from the moment i stepted foot on to there show room with my 4 year old the staff greated me and was so helpfull bonding with me and my little girl and even let her try ever bed in there to pick the right one. Who knew therecwas dat many pink colours to pick from. Orded our bed on the thursday and bed was deliverd first thing saturday morning to us want to thank the 2 drivers for going out there way to help me get the bed in my little ones room yes i didnt mesure my hallway to see if it wud fit up stairs so bed went through back window.
I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and management for there outstanding customer service from start to finish high reccomend to anyone will be back soon

Product is great, can’t fault it at all, and the lads on delivery were as helpful as anything!

Our bed was delivered within the 14 day lead time and the delivery team were fantastic. They even put my mattress and duvet/pillows back on the bed for me! The bed is really nice quality and feels sturdy. There are 2 marks on the headboard but rather than me wait for another one I asked for a small gesture of goodwill which was sorted very quickly so thank you! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the communication regarding delivery is not the best. I got a call on Monday at 6pm asking if I could accept the bed between then and 9pm which I couldn't so arranged for the bed to be delivered on the Wednesday. I called at 3:45 on the Wednesday and the customer service lady told me that they wouldn't be delivering today because they were waiting on a PCR test for one of the drivers so delivery was on Thursday morning but no call to say they were on the way but I was in so that's fine. I think it would of been nice to just give me a ring to let me know the delivery wasn't going ahead on the Wednesday. Other than that, I would recommend.
