"Perfect experience"

Even though there was a delay in getting my scooter the service was always in touch throughout and paul was at customer support. Iv yet to go out on mine as weather has been bad but hopefully soon. Thankyou Paul and the team.

We rang and with no runaround they got us exactly what we wanted. Got it delivered early for Xmas and as it had a fault (cable unplugged), contacted the manufacturer and rang us straight back to talk us through the easy fix

"I looked at all the reviews about this…"

I looked at all the reviews about this company before making a transaction, I trusted what I was reading, however after a change of mind I asked for a refund and trusted them regarding that, I knew something wasn't right, they are making up all sorts of excuses as I try to get answers concerning my £694 refund to my credit card. One of there excuses after the 10 days for credit card processing time , was we think that you bank refused the request or we entered the wrong details. Chris made up most of the excuses, he said on a call when asked to speak with the administrator he says" I am a man of many departments, when I asked where is my refund he says" oh eh, I don't deal with refunds and we are short of staff" still waiting on a return email to confirm what happened why no refund in 10 days as I said they blamed my bank. So be warned about this company if you require a refund due to change of decisions, they are very poor at handling the administrative side of things and you will struggle to get answers. They have been reported to my bank exactly how they behaved.

"Took too long to refund despite not having the product available"

I ordered a Powerchair 23/09/2023 and paid in full online. The next day I got a call to say the colour I ordered wasn't available into UK and an apology, I was told it would be a couple of months. I agreed to wait because I didn't want the other colour that was available. 2 months later it still wasn't available. It's not their fault so I didn't have an issue with them. I asked for my money back and Chris who I spoke tried to persuade me to get the other colour. He was sounded really put out that I wouldn't have it and kept saying "it's the same wheelchair" . A yellow wheelchair is not the same as a beige one, it's a different colour. I said I wasn't going to keep talking about it and said just give me my money back. He sulkily agreed and said would be a few days, I said I know. Refunds take 3-5 working days to credit your account, I wasn't expecting it to be instant. 9 days later I emailed asking why it wasn't in my account but no response. Day 10, called up and was told the order had been cancelled but the refund hadn't been done. The person who did refunds wasn't in but he would make sure it was "on his radar". I said I wanted to know when it was processed. 24 hours later, no response. Another email sent saying I would take it further and go to the local paper. No response. Finally after 2 weeks and getting PayPal involved, they refunded me. I didn't even have a product from them, there was no dispute over damage or the cooling off period, they just didn't want to refund me. Dreadful attitude to take, they really do not give a monkey's about their customers. Wish I could give minus stars

"If I could give zero stars I would"

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been waiting for a refund for 6 weeks now, they are quick enough to take your money but when you want it back they find excuse after excuse to not refund you. Also, when you call the person who deals with refunds is never available and never calls you back. So be aware, if you purchase a scooter from them but want your money back (you have 14 days to return it) be prepared to wait forever! I am a pensioner on a limited income and this is costing me extra in interest that I should not have to pay! How much longer must I wait! Customer service is the supposed to be at the heart of all companies, if this is a sign of how this company treats its customers then buyer beware!

"Battery comes with 10mm bolts instead of the 8 mm standard bo bolts."

The quality. 0roce and delivery were all good.
There was one major problem withe battery they supplied for my mobility scooter.
All the batteries I have bought today come with the a 8 mm diameter bolt.
The set of Gel batteries came with 10 mm diameter bolts.
All the ring battery connectors are 8 mm holes.
An absolute disaster and inconvenience. Really disappointing. It is mow going to cost me a waste of money to get a technician in to fot appropriate fittings. . .

"Brought scooter on the 6.6 23 for £799 …"

Brought scooter on the 6.6 23 for £799 in September the steering came to bits my husband managed to put it back together then in September the scooter went wrong and was taken away for repair. I was left with out my scooter till December the 10th .Will not use again. Not much good to somebody who needs a scooter to get around. had scooter back approx 3 weeks broke down again on boxing day only had it 11 weeks to repair it
