I found the purchasing of my car to be a very simple and enjoyable experience with Robinson’s Motor Group because the sales person I dealt with was very polite and enthusiastic throughout and seemed well informed about the car I was viewing, therefore I would highly recommend these car dealers.

The sales man was great, no pressure to buy car, the car looked great when my wife brought it home. I notice a small dent on rear wheel arch. I emailed the garage back to see if anything could be done, however no response. Just a yes or no would have been nice.

Got a car at the start of Sept (it was registered July 2019). Within a month had to take it in twice as the EMS warning light came up and they had to fix something, at the same time I asked them to check the tyres as that also had the warning light. I picked it up and they didn't mention the tyres so had to ask, she said yep all done. Every single week for 4 weeks had to put more air in the tyres as the warning light kept coming up. Took it back, they have now given an advisory for one tyre and found a screw in the other tyre hence the warning light.
I asked them to check this the first time around so that screw had obviously been in there a while and not bothered checking when I asked. So frustrated that I bought a car and already had to take it back 3 times, and now one of the tyres has been given an advisory (VW quoting £40 more to change than other local places). I've had 2 cars on finance before (one of them 2 1/2 years old) and never had to take them back to the dealership in 4 years, let alone in the first month. I asked whether they thought 3 visits in the first 2 months of being sold a car (with advisories) was acceptable and apparently they think it is, so I wouldn't risk buying from here. They always talk about these checks they do but who knows how reliable this is, as my spare key didn't even work when I went to use it.
Also turns out that when I was sold it, they missed out offering insurance/products etc. so have been told to take it to the FCA now.
Customer service is appalling, arguing every point and being defensive. Once they've sold the car they really do not care to help you - things go wrong but it's the way you handle it and to be honest, this is what left me so frustrated.

Went to purchase a first car and found the whole face to face process comforting. There was no overselling or pushing for the sale or for financing. Alternatives were sought also. The car was already found on the website and they brought it to Norwich showroom all shiny and clean. The salesman found answers to all of our questions. We were very happy with their service provided to us.

The experience was very good, the only gripe is that I couldn't negotiate a discount, but, to be fair, the car was well priced by comparison to similar models on the market and the car was immaculately presented and had been serviced too with 2 new tyres. The sales guys didn't get offended or rude by me trying to negotiate. Also, having the full Audi warranty (for 2 years ! ) gives complete peace of mind. I would consider purchasing from them again.
