Robinsons Volkswagen Cars Norwich were fantastic because I purchased this car on behalf of my son who is shielding in Devon due to Corona virus. It is not an easy task to purchase a second-hand car at such distance and without travelling to see it. It relies on complete honesty and clarity from the dealer and this was achieved with Robinsons VW at Norwich.

From the onset I felt confident that the people I was dealing with were fair and gave me a detailed description of the vehicle, warts and all. We agreed everything and I was kept fully informed at each stage with the aid of regular videos as the vehicle was prepared and inspected. This was very useful. Liam Mann was particularly professional and helpful and kept me fully informed and ensured all my concerns and queries were answered. When the car was finally delivered it was exactly as described and we are delighted with it.
