"Flowers weren't delivered, unhelpful customer service"

Flowers I'd ordered for my mum's birthday weren't delivered - I had ordered online a week in advance, received a confirmation email and payment had gone through. When I called, the customer service was disappointing and I was eventually told (after calling twice and then being called back) that the order just "hadn't gone through for some reason". Requested a partial refund and delivery asap, was told I could either have a full refund or next-day delivery ("not their policy"). Requested a full refund, won't be using this service again.

"Fantastic flowers and service"

I have used them 3 times now. 1st time for stargazer lillies on a normal delivery, 2nd time for white roses on same day delivery and 3rd time for a mix of flowers on same day delivery.

Quality of flowers has been awesome each time and the same day delivery has been delivered within 2 hours of me ordering!! Impressive!

Will continue to use them for Southampton area...if only they delivered to London! (do you deliver to London?!)

"Good but could be better"

I found the process of ordering via the phone no problem as in the past. Gave my contact details and my email. I had no problem with the price and delivery. However, I feel there was too many emails coming from the store after this.

"Anniversary Celebration"

Our friends were delighted with the bouquet which we had delivered to the Queen Elizabeth for their Anniversary. This company kept us informed as to delivery time and even forwarded a photo of the arrangement. Brilliant would highly recommend. Well done The Floral Shop

I ordered a plant for some one special on a same day delivery service at 730am.
At 330pm that day recived an email saying they were unable to deliver the plant as they didn't have any in stock although there website advertised the product as in stock and available for a same day delivery with an extra cost. Appalling service I was offered a bunch of flowers to be sent the next day... What a joke!! Not even the product I ordered and to send it a day late. When I questioned the extra cost for same day delivery being refunded I was told I could either have a totally refund or flowers delivered the next day!!!

"Beautiful flowers"

Ordered a floral tribute for my Auntie's funeral and the double ended
spray I chose was just beautiful. The lady who served me, (sorry
didnt get her name) was very helpful and the flowers were just the
colour scheme I wanted. I have used the Floral Shop for many years
and have always been satisfied with the service, but the email and
photo of the flowers was an extra special touch. Thank you.

Fantastic service, and very helpful! They arranged same day delivery for me via courier as they could not do the delivery themselves and it was the same cost. I also received a photo of the bouquet via email......fab!

Thank you to Megan for making the beautiful floral tribute for my auntie's funeral today. The lovely heart was so delicate and pretty, I could see how much attention to detail had been put into making the heart so beautiful.
I would not hesitate in using The Floral Shop in the future, the staff were all so kind and helpful and what a lovely gesture sending me a photo.
