Great service and great price, s22 ultra described as excellent was correct. I paid extra for DPD to deliver on Saturday which was when I was going to be in all day but they delivered 4 days early, I had to leave work early to ensure I was in as the last time they delivered a package the guy didn’t understand the concept of ringing the flat number of the address (6 flats in a house), he tried the door number of the whole property, there was no answer so he decided to throw it over the side gate which I don’t have access to, so the package was left outside in the wet for 6 days. It was the same driver this time so I asked him why he didn’t ring, he said he did and told me the number which was the house number not the flat, mystery solved, he could barely speak English. 4gadgets were excellent as they refunded my delivery charge the same day I emailed them, I would definitely used them again.

Phone came with no scratches on the screen or back of the phone, only a few around the charging port. The battery health is good.

Amazing service from start to the end. I didn't get the package, they send me another after hearing l had not got one. I ended up receiving both. As soon as they received my package my money was transferred immediately.

I got a Samsung note 20 ultra phone from them 18 months ago, which suddenly stopped working, asked for their help, said they only support 12 months of warranty, took it to the local repairer, found it was opened unauthorised and missed with internal components and they can't fix it, returned to 4 gadgets for help but they refused again, ended up with a piece of metal just after only 18 months of purchase for not a cheap phone.
