Quoted £244 for a functional samsung note 20 ultra 512gb so sent the phone with charger and original box and accessories only to have them reply stating there is a blob on the screen which wasn't there prior to sending and offered me £50 for the handset 1/5 of the original quoted price for a functional handset.
Of course I rejected and requested for my device back with original box and accessories only to have them steal the charger, box and headphones and return the phone in an unbranded box!!!
Con artists avoid avoid avoid!!!

Ordered phone and paid extra for next day delivery. Instructed company to leave phone in sage place which was my garden shed. Parcel was left on my front door step for everyone to see in the pouring rain. Phone now has moisture in phone. Complained to supplier and was told just send back. The hassle of sending back is a major inconvenience to me. No compensation or appologies

"Disappointing lack of follow-up"

I was pleased that the company informed me that they were refunding the faulty item promptly but less impressed that despite me asking for a replacement on the return form none was offered (it was still showing as available on the website) and despite them saying someone would be in touch to discs a replacement no one reached out to me and then when I emailed them to follow up no one has got in touch - very disappointing follow up customer service

The first time a bit sceptical but didn't need to be, service was great, very pleased with phone and have just upgraded again with part ex old phone, really pleased with new one.
