The phone was a flawless as advertised.
Unfortunately it developed a fault connecting to cellular 4G/5G (i don't know why - Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra). I wasn't sure what the problem was but decided to sell it for a Fold, for several reasons.
When the buyer confirmed the hardware problem, I notified 4Gadgets as it was within 1 year warranty.

They did indeed replace it (so I can sell to part-fund my upgrade). I feared they would use screen-burn as an excuse, as this has loose wording on the guarantee, but didn't. So certainly recommend them.

Advertised as being in excellent condition and I wasn't disappointed. It came in an unbranded box but if it had come in a branded box I wouldn't have queried it. Good delivery times and last but not least it was also a great price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

"4gadgets OR Back Market, which one?? "

Bought a refurbed phone from 4gadgets VIA Back Market. Lovely phone, no marks on it, like new. However, the NFC just wouldn't work, tried everything. Returned phone and emailed 4gadgets for advice why the NFC wouldn't work and concern about purchasing another incase it had the same problem. 4gadgets would not answer my question or help me or offer any advice, they were rather rude and kept telling me to refer to back market as it was sold through them!! Seriously, it was sold from 4gadgets!! Unhelpful. Avoid.
