Bought a Samsung s22 ultra. I chose a excellent condition one. When I got the phone next day it was actually unmarked so I would have said it was pristine 🙂. Brilliant service. Very happy with it.

I have never left a review before for anyone but I felt that I should do on this occasion. I am very sceptical of buying 2nd hand phones with my main concern being whether I can trust the company that I am buying from. After reading the reviews for 4gadgets I felt like I should give them a chance. I am pleased to say that I purchased a Fold 5 in Pristine condition which came as described. After a couple of days trying the phone out I realised that it wasn't the phone for me and decided to send it back. Again I was worried that this could be a problem. But I am pleased to say that the process was very straightforward with the item collected by royal mail on a Friday and delivered Monday morning. A refund payment was sent same day Monday. The service has been fantastic and I have no problems with buying from them again and recommending them to friends and family. Thank you very much for the service and putting my mind at rest when purchasing 2nd hand phones. Thanks
