I used 4Gadgets for the first time at the beginning of June to buy/sell my mobile phones. Initially, I decided I wanted a Samsung S23 Ultra which worked out for the “Pristine” version at a fraction over £600. If you are like me, one man’s pristine does not reach my idea of pristine. I ordered one after office hours on a Friday and it arrived mid-morning on the following Tuesday. It was all I could have hoped for. In excellent(pristine) condition. I could not find a fault or mark anywhere. Everything worked just fine and I was quickly up and running. Two weeks later I am still very happy with my purchase. I had already agreed a trade-in with 4Gadgets to help fund my purchase and sent my old phone in on the Wednesday. By the Thursday tea-time the money was in my bank account. No hassle, no queries. Just a simple transaction. When I think of the aggravation using eB-y and the percentage they take I can heartily recommend using 4Gadgets instead. Something to sell? Do not hesitate.
