"Great product - Revel upgrade"

Shipped in time, great documentation, great product. Pig tail from the ac unit was a little short but other than that the install was easy. I upgraded a Revel Van after the original ac unit broke.I know I’ll get much more use from this 12V model.

Purchased the 12V A/C and 12V gas heater. Had some questions before I ordered and they were very helpful answering all my questions. Will be installing on a 2023 Transit Trail soon. Order came very quick and the packaging for the A/C is amazing, I think a dump truck could drive over it and wouldn't damage it. Great job, can't wait to see how they perform :)

Phenomenal little heater. Better than espar, webasto, etc. highly recommend. Operation is simple and easy. Dropping the gas tank is tricky, and removing the fuel pump apparatus is also a bit of work. But it’s worth knowing this thing won’t crap out mid-winter. Highly recommended. Was able to fit this under the passenger seat of a 2023 transit, and I was able to rotate the inverter so inverter also fits

Most importantly: The heater is working great! Keeping us warm on cool nights. It pumps out significant heat. I live at an elevation >9000ft. So far, this unit is working great whether we’re heating the van at home or while traveling.

Also important: Post purchase support was great. I broke the electrical connector that the unit ships with and they shipped me a replacement no questions.

Highly recommend. Well worth it considering alternative gasoline units are 3-4 times the cost.

So far all seems great. I haven’t taken the motor home on a trip yet as I’m still working on the remodel. The Velit was a big part of that.
