Had been with Tax Assist in Lincoln for over 10 years and received excellent service until now. Recently a new owner took over the Lincoln Branch. We were invoiced for 24/25 years with a sum that was increased substantially over previous years charges! (Understand that business costs are rising but this was ridiculous). Also they demanded payment up front where previously we paid on completion.
Talked to the company to discover that previous employees that I dealt with had all left. There was no compromise with the new owner so told him that I was going to look elsewhere and that they should not take any payments.
Found out that yesterday they had taken the entire invoice payment from our bank. Tried to call them today but no response even to a voice message. Fortunately our bank has refunded the monies stolen by Tax Assist Lincoln. Found accountants who will charge half of what Tax Assist demanded.

The call center works very well and reacts quickly. The local branch delays with answering, makes numerous mistakes filling the documents and is not attentive to details.
