"I was sent faulty flooring"

I was sent faulty flooring, I ordered the botanical laminate which had a he effect of tiles and the tiles did not line up no matter how you positioned them. I paid a fitter £80 for 4 hours of him trying to figure it out and I had a go myself to find the same problem.upon reaching out to the company I was made out to be an idiot regardless of the clear evidence supporting my claim the tiles were complete different sizes and the staff were rude.so all in all I spent £200 on flooring which was essentially scrap as I was denied any refund. Horrible service and would advise any one who wants flooring to look else where

Absolutely terrible, sent us dodgy tiles what we have photo proof of and refused to give us a refund. Never buy from here unless you are willing to be scammed!

We are in the process of converting our garage to a workshop and wanted to use the same laminate design that we had already used downstairs. The shop that we had used previously no longer had the laminate in stock so we were made up that Deacon Jones had some available!
The delivery driver also kept in touch to update us on delivery times etc.
Will definitely consider Deacon Jones for any future home improvement projects.

I made an order for the 12mm walnut laminate from Deacon and Jones on a Tuesday evening and it was delivered on the following Friday. The product itself is superb quality and exceptional value for money. The transaction process was simple and easy to use along with the measuring guide. I received regular updates from confirmation of order through to delivery. The company used for delivery provided an accurate updated time slot on the day and were very helpful upon arrival.
