Fantastic service from Jo at Deacon Jones. She went the extra mile to find me an equivalent (perhaps even better?) product at a lower price, when what I wanted was too low on stock for my needs. She followed the order up, and it was delivered on time exactly as promised. Excellent, polite and courteous company to deal with. Communication was first rate as was the cost of the product. There were some issues with broken laminate boards presumably occurring in transit, but these were dealt with quickly and without any hassle. Will definitely use again.
