Went on website to look for laminate flooring and compare price , they very competitive I had a few questions regarding availability and delivery so I sent them an email Olivia replied the next day. They informed me they were getting new stock in that week and would keep me updated. They let me know when the stock arrived I placed my order and received the flooring after 3 days. Excellent service would use again

Very poor service, company does not monitor stock levels or has a shambolic way of doing so.
They let you buy and pay for flooring that they don't have in stock and then email 3 days later to see if you'll wait 3 months for it to come back into stock.
Needless to say I went and purchased the flooring from a company who actually did have it in stock.
