Went up to pinetree car superstore in Bridgend and dealt with Mohammed. What an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Made sure everything was done quickly whilst also giving all information clearly. Was happy to answer any questions I had also. Noticed a small fault with the car that Mohammed hadn’t picked up on, and he dealt with the situation instantly and provided a fair resolution for it. Really can’t say enough about him, he really is a delight to deal with.

"Sexist company"

If your a single lone women looking to buy a car DO NOT buy from pinetree car in Tonypandy. I bought a white renault kadjar was in very good condition and had good mileage, however when I had an issue with the car the aftercare was absolutely shocking . The mechanic Darren was an arrogant chauvinistic sexist pig. The way he spoke to me was disgusting and rude . When I went to pick up the car Conner one of the sales men was rude and disinterested , He didn’t have any idea about my car or even where it was , when asked if everything was done he simple shrugged his shoulders, then when I asked Conner if I can have a report on the car and he said he would email Darren and i would have it Monday, which I never did l. I then have a phone call off Darren to drop the key to the courtesy car and then when I asked for the report he told me that there wasn’t one done and was extremely rude on the phone to me. I refuse to deal with them now and have passed it over to my stepfather to deal with and he got the report for my car. Absolutely disgusting after care and they are sexist and arrogant . One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with . Make sure you take a man with you to buy a car and if anything goes wrong with it because they treat young single women with zero respect . Having experienced such sexism in this day in age truly shocked me and have put me off ever dealing with a garage again.

When I visited pinetree in Nantgarw I was pleasantly surprised with the prices of the vehicles on display. The sales person was very helpful and not at all pushy in any way. I was able to have a decent test drive of my chosen vehicle and decided that I wanted to do the deal. Mo helped ensure all the relevant paperwork was all in order and I collected my car the following day. I also pointed a few friends in the direction of pinetree that were looking for another car. To sum up would I go back to pinetree in the future for another car. Yes I definitely would.
