"Friendly and helpful service"

After my last car was written off due to someone going into the back of me, I needed to find a replacement car so I just randomly came to the forecourt and browsed for the cars and found a really lovely Citroen C3 19 plate with very low mileage. So I immediately enquired about it and Paul Morgan who was very helpful to me took me through the finance options. Wasn’t pushy or anything, just made me feel at ease. Even suggested to find another car if the price wasn’t suitable for me but thankfully it was and leapt straight in with the offer after giving it a test run. Picked it up the following day and went like a dream. If you are looking for a good car then this is the place for you. Pinetree Cars in Tonypandy.

"A pleasant experience."

I found my car purchase and part exchange at Pinetree a pleasant experience. Steve was friendly and professional and was very helpful throughout the transaction including explaining how to transfer my own number plate.
Good selection of cars as well - will look there again next time I change my car.

"Mike Branson Tonypandy"

Purchased a Jaguar XJ on the 16th of November.

The salesman, Mike, ensured the car met my expectations and I certainly had an excellent experience. The car was prepped to a very high standard.

I highly recommend Mike as he is a top bloke with brilliant customer service from start to finish.

"Can I rate this company any lower"

Can I rate this company any lower?
After sales is a total shambles,
I’d advise you to look elsewhere
17k for a car for me to find out from the main dealer the car had been in accident recently and had been patched up, water leaking from the bodywork they failed to seal shutting all my eletrics down. After 3 weeks and about 90 calls of witch they kept palming me off they finally took the car.

Mo from tonypandy branch helped and sold me the best car I’ve had to date! I’m in love with it. Nothing was too difficult or a chore for him compared to experiences I’ve had with other car shops. Quick and easy sale. Would 100% recommend using pinetree car superstore!

"My Partner & I bought a Vauxhall Astra…"

My Partner & I bought a Vauxhall Astra Estate from Bridgend. At first, everything seemed great took the car for a test drive (5 minutes) and the sales man (mo) was lovely, he even offered a space for us to feed our newborn. But...
10 minutes after leaving the court, the car broke down with an engine management light on.
We rung the garage, took a key back & was told by mo that he would collect the car that day.Only to be told when we got home that the car was not being collected the same day. After being very forward with the guy, the car was collected.
We were also told that we would find it very difficult to get our money back & if they fix the car we would basically be stuck with it.
I do feel the need to say that the Mohammed wasn't to know that the car had issues so I'm not blaming him.
Rung up on the Monday & the guy who answered the phone has stinking attitude.
After ringing the after sales team, the woman on the phone was lovely & patience. She was able to direct us to the complaints team. After a few emails & phone calls we were able to get a full refund.

Advice for anyone buying a used car would be to take it for more than one test drive for longer & if your not happy with the satisfactory level of what they have sold, you are protected under the Consumer rights act.

"Mike tony pandy branch"

I visited the Tonypandy branch today and bought a lovely Nissan Juke. I received the best customer service from Mike and he helped me out with trading my car in and setting everything up for my new car so simply nothing was too much to ask. Thankyou again Mike!

"I bought a 2013 Citroen from Pinetree…"

I bought a 2013 Citroen from Pinetree in Bridgend , I have to say that when I first set eyes on it I loved the colour and it looked in really nice condition,when I sat in it I thought I was in the wrong car “It is Immaculate “ absolutely fantastic, not a scratch or bit of dust , really really first impression was “ I like this ,a lot “ . My 18 year old Grandson had taken me to look at it , and even he loved it . I bought it and picked it up a few days later.
The salesman “ Mohammed “ was an absolute Gent ,made me a coffee while we had a look round , and before I drove off with it he said, if you have any problems phone the Tonypandy Garage as they have the Workshop . To cut a long story short ,it did have a few problems and I phoned Paige the young lady in charge of that part of the Company, I got the car booked in and was given a courtesy car while mine was in the garage. The car is an Automatic and it has an electronic Handbrake which I have never used before, while it was in ,the Mechanic noticed that the switch was not working properly so he ordered a new one. Excellent service. So far I cannot find one thing to complain about as far as Pinetree is concerned.

"Robbers without a mask"

This is my experience of this company. We bought a vehicle at the beginning of April this year. Within a month there were warning lights on, no problem, they had the car in and fixed the problem, a month later same lights back on, was initially told they couldn’t get it in for 6 weeks! On demanding to speak to the manager it was in the next day and fixed again!
Another month on and same lights on again, this time we took it to an RAC approved garage under the 6 month warranty, they told us the diagnostic check wasn’t covered and we’d have to pay! After leaving a review here I was contacted and told we didn’t have to pay- annoyed at this point that in 3 months it had had 3 problems but again it was solved. Fast forward 2 months and the same lights are on again, at this point we started to begin the process to return the car, the customer complaints procedure wasn’t the best and we lost £2k on a car we’d had less than 5 months, to add insult to injury there was a full tank of fuel which they wouldn’t reimburse us for.
I spent hours on the phone trying to speak to the General Manager, Kay Williams, I was continually fobbed off and told she was with a customer, in a meeting and they’d get her to call me back, I was told she worked until 7pm! After ringing again at 4pm I was told she had left for the day and was then on holiday!!!
Wow a General Manager with no clue of how to manage or treat customers
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
