If only minus 5 star rating was a thing !
Absolutely disgusting that this garage is still allowed to sell cars .
Car broke down within 5 days and was back and forth the garage for 5 weeks with numerous problems which were not resolved . Some of which included brake problems .
Been without the use of a car for nearly 7 weeks, causing no end of stress and disruption to myself .

After hearing and reading many bad reviews. I have to say on a personal note, the car dealer ( paul Morgan ) that dealt with us was very professional and helpful to my husband and myself. Going through all paperwork with me as I hadn't done this on my own before. My car is just fab.

Got to admit i was a little bit warey after some of the reviews on here, but I am happy to say I neednt have been! Travelled from Blackpool to South Wales to pick up a car. Love it 😀 I did have a problem with the casing surrounding the casing that goes around the window buttons. This was quickly sorted by the friendly workshop aftersales team!

"Worst experience "
Worst experience I've had, it was my first car.
I picked up a car on PCP; and the car had nothing but problems from the time I had it to the moment I cancelled my finance on the vehicle.
Catalytic converter broke as I was driving the car home from the dealership; and 1 week after my warranty was up my drive shaft snapped and my clutch needed changing.
Vehicle had damage done to it by previous owner and upon cancelling my finance I was charged for the damage but was told I wouldn't be able to get any paperwork from pinetree about the damage so now have to pay for damage that was not dealt by me as they hadn't recorded it.
Would never recommend to anyone and definitely won't be going there again.
Experience dates range from 21 February 2023 to 11 October 2024
Great response. From company, as now they are insinuating the damage done is in the time of me having the vehicle. And if it's expected of a vehicle of that age it wouldnt be fair to assume that the damage was not there upon (I'm sorry HP) HP. Not only all of this being ridiculous as I would and have taken ownership of damage done by myself, but to need to pay for previous damage from other owners is crazy. Like I said Ridiculous but thank you for the response.

"My son went to buy a car on Saturday"
My son went to buy a car on Saturday, he travelled over 120 miles around trip only to be told that he couldn’t buy the car due to the insurance being to high, as I am aware this has nothing to do with buying a car. He was going to buy the car out right so the man probably didn’t want to sell him it as no commission. They also went to another showroom in wales and was told that the way he was treated by yourselves was appalling.

"Fast forward nearly 3 months"
Fast forward nearly 3 months. My son's car , the turbo failed with only 70.000 on the clock . Been pushed from pillar to post back and fore , did everything they asked up to date with the platinum rac warranty, my own garage spent over an hour on the phone to rac as advised, Jo from aftersales still waiting for a reply from ' higher management ' . My garage has stipulated to the rac that it is a mechanical failure, as in no contamination or oil contamination, now rac wants my garage to strip the turbo out send it away to be examined then they'll decide even after my garage said it's a clear mechanical failure, the rac don't tell you when they say get your garage to do this , we'll pay for transportation of turbo and examination then decide if it's covered. They don't tell you if they 'find ' any that you have to foot the bill . Last conversation from pintree is we may pay toward it . Disgusted. It's already been going on for weeks in which the meantime my son jas to rent a car yo get back and fore work. Also had a seal problem on windscreen in which they said we'll replace it for a new one . They sealed it but not replaced. Bought car on a Friday they said they'd put new mot on it , ready by Saturday morning??? Questionable. I will update the conclusion from them
