"Poor communications and lack of product inventory"

Poor communication and lack of products. Notifications do not work when signed up for, and Wicked Brick does not produce enough product as things sell out in mere minutes. Attempted to make an order for the first time and now I can't. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Where do I start, 1st of all this case is mine blowing the sheer size of it, and the backdrop is stunning I went for the one with the photograph display and I think this is the best one, I did have a small issue with my plaque arriving damaged but this was replaced very quickly and customer service was very helpful, if in any doubt about buying a display case for your pride and joy from Wicked Brick, don't have any brilliant service all round

"8 weeks and still waiting…"

Well after 8 weeks I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered. This is despite the website saying 6-8 weeks. How can it take so long? I’ve emailed them and they say it still ANOTHER 3 weeks. All I did was order 2 stands for Star Wars models - nothing huge or difficult. I had hoped to order more, but not now.
