"The wicked Brick product is excellent…"

The wicked Brick product is excellent and provides a lovely presentation solution for my Lego. The initial delivery timescales were long, but not unexpected, however where Wicked Brick came into their own is where I managed to damage my panels in the construction, they quickly resolved my issue and got a replacement panel sent out promptly and easily.

Would recommend and will be using them again.

"My “go-to” company for all my display requirements…"

I’ve ordered a number of cases no for my collection: UP!, Lamborghini Countach, Winnie the Pooh, 1960’s Batmobile being the most recent. Product quality is exceptional and second to none one. Delivery time can take a while, but I know to expect that, so don’t have an issue. I just wait until the case has arrived before starting the build. Cases can be a bit fiddly to put together, but after a few, I am now an experienced builder!! (Although it’s good to see instructions now included for anyone that needs some help)

"Been waiting for my order since Boxing…"

Been waiting for my order since Boxing Day 2024. I’ve sent countless e mails but they keep saying they’re busy. Customer service is a joke! You can’t actually speak to anyone. Now the email to customer service comes back automatically saying we might have to wait up to two weeks for a response. Unacceptable. I will never order from them again! 😡

"Another promotion by WickedBrick....yet they can't fulfill orders that have been in que for months"

Get an email from Wicked Brick for promotional.... "Buy one get one half-off." Of course all the fine print shows half-off comes off all the cheaper sets (honestly, common practice). Original prices have flexed up, as well, to combat the "discount" they are marketing (I have screenshots throughout the last year of items I've been interested in).

This company is irritating. Multiple non-fulfillment orders, multiple cancellations, multiple people on their social pages and on this site showing their disdain in their poor performance and lack of business acumen.

I see this "sale" as yet another cash grab because they need funds to keep their coffers flowing, but they have no intention of providing the goods in any timely manner or at all. Based on multiple reviews by others, if you do get it, you will have issues and there won't be much feedback/assistance.

I find it a telltale sign of how poorly their business practices are that their last 4-5 "Limited Edition" sales have pretty much flatlined (Blacktron case/stand, SW Grogut/prim, and Twilight). I think the entire world is becoming aware of how poor they are in what they do and are no longer willing to give them any more chances.

I ordered 4 month ago a very expensive vitrine and it did not arrived yet. I had to reach out for the customer service, but they do not care at all. Really bad customer support and overall bad experience.

"They only care about large orders "

Utterly shocked that I’m expected to pay £7.75 delivery for a really small package, same delivery cost as my fiancé paid for his huge display box & stand. Wicked brick actually admitted I’m subsidising the delivery cost of larger orders!! Thanks! Great customer service!

"Do not use this company"

Do not use this company. Ordered a product on 1st December. The website said 6 weeks to ship. Finally the product arrived just over 11 weeks later.

Customer service is virtually non existent. Contacted them twice over the delay (they didn’t contact me to let me know. And all I got was “it’s due to be shipped soon”. Only when threatened with a refund I got a firm delivery window.

Again, do not use this company.

We were going to buy more but now would t touch them with a barge pole - looking at getting money recovered by credit card

"Avoid!!!!"

Avoid this company. My partner ordered me a display case in November last year as a Christmas present. Website states up to 6 weeks for delivery. Today is 17th February, still not arrived. We have contacted Wicked Brick multiple times and they keep lying about a new dispatch time. Finally my partner requested a refund 10 days ago and big surprise there has been no response from Wicked Brick. Looking at other reviews we are not the only ones, we are going to report this company to trading standards.

"Save your money use another business "

Similar to other reviews I've seen the customer service at this company is poor. You look at the website and the order and dispatch within 6 weeks is a lie pure and simple. You email you don't get a response so you have to follow up a number of times to actually get someone to come back to you and then they say that the "calculator estimates" makes me think that these guys actually get it in from where else and then resell the item because no companies lead times are this poor if you have visibility. If something was delaying it you'd expect an actual answer or at least an email to let you know its been delayed that would at least bridge the gap.
I think the other thing is if they were having issues they should be able to let customers know. I said I wanted to cancel my order and then when I said I want money back because this is basically insane to customer service I then got an email to say it was being delivered after being told it would be another 1-2 weeks.

I would actively avoid using this company it will certainly be the last time I use them. The products aren't cheap so the expectation if its an expensive item would be that the customer service and overall experience would be good and that isn't the case here!

What's even worse is that the running theme with this business is how bad the lead times and customer service is and I cannot see from the reviews that this has changed. Which means they cannot be bothered to fix whats effecting customers.

Off the back of the comments below, I found 4/5 other companies that make the exact same products most with great trust pilot scores. I knew the lead time was 6 weeks and I was happy with that but the lead time seemed longer because it was well over the 6 week lead time.
