"Extrem long leadtimes and bad Information on the Homepage"

The order was placed 26. july 2024 with a lead time mentioned on the page with 4-6 weeks. In the middle of September i got in contact with wicked brick and got also a response by mail but they told me it will be shipped in a few days. Two weeks later i asked for an update, again apologies about the additional delay, but no real delivery date. Since then i also didn‘t get any response anymore.
Very poor service and bad delivery time. About the quality of the product i‘m not able to say anything, because i‘m still waiting for my paid order.

"Far Long"

I ordered a case on July 25th. I am a UK customer, WickedBrick is a UK company. I reached out to them in September, at that point was already delayed. They said another 1-2 weeks. 6 weeks later. Eventually asked for my money back. Three months, is unacceptable especially at the prices we are paying. I have sourced other companies such as Boxxco. You’ll be waiting a lifetime for these guys to send you anything, there is zero excuse or reasoning for it. Avoid.

"Buenos productos con muchos fallos y tiempos de entrega de meses"

Los productos (cuando llegan y si no tienen fallos) son muy buenos, pero ese es el problema.

Más de 2 meses para recibir cada pedido.

Errores, fallos, piezas rotas o equivocadas en un 40% de los pedidos hechos con ellos (5 de 12) y cada año que pasa tardan más en llegar y llegan con más errores.

Sin contar los costes de envío, los sobrecostes en aduanas...

I ordered the decorative window displays along with the Haunted Shack background for the IKEA Kallax shelves & I am absolutely in love with the designs & I was very surprised that I received them within 1 week of ordering them. I look forward to see what designs they come up with next. I love the cases that WB releases & will never buy any other case that is not from this fabulous company.

Avoid this company you have been warned.
I ordered a display case for my little lad.
He saved for months and months.
We were told 6 weeks. Long time I felt but okay.
13 weeks later nothing. Every time I contacted them it was last days of production.
But never arrived. Spoke to trading standards and managed to get my money back.
Thank god. Will never use them again.

"Strong cigarette smell"

Unpacking the limited edition case there was a strong cigarette smell coming from the entire content including packaging material. Kind’ve breaks down the ‘premium’ experience you would expect from a limited edition item. Usually this only happens when I buy second hand products. I wonder if the person packaging was smoking at the time of packaging. If so they really should do something about that.

I received only 4/5 items. Got one repsonse from customer support that they are waiting for 5th package to return to them. After that, nothing, and no response for my further e-mails. So After 3 months I have neither goods, nor my money back.

"Great products but massive wait times"

Really didn’t want to leave a negative review but unfortunately my patience is wearing thin…

Ordered a case for my Star Wars Tie Bomber set, it arrived quickly, well packed and super easy to assemble.

Great! I’ll order another case (16.07.24). Waited the initial 6 weeks nothing, contacted customer service, said it would be a couple more days. Nothing. Emailed again. Machine malfunction this time be a couple of days. Nothing. It’s now 07.10.24 and I’ve still not received my latest purchase.

It’s a real shame as they make some fantastic products but the process of ordering to actually getting your product is a huge let down.

I wait in hope that it will arrive soon but unfortunately for them I’m going to look elsewhere in the future for similar products.

An order placed in early July for a Display Case was fulfilled in late September with a piece missing. No communication around fulfilment. No response to messages left or queries raised. Poor service and product. Perhaps an alternative supplier maybe appropriate.
