"9 weeks I’ve now been waiting still no…"

9 weeks I’ve now been waiting still no order, no update on order shipping. They don’t reply to emails asking what’s happening with the order.
The worst experience I’ve had ordering from any company, the 6 weeks order time is a complete lie.

"My product was damaged during…"

My product was damaged during transport, when i contacted customer service i get no response. I only get an automated e-mail that someone will reply within 2-3 working days. It has been 2 weeks and I still don't have any response from Wicked Brick.

"Horribly long wait time"

Horribly long wait time, uncoorperative customer service. I've waited nearly 2 months now, and they have yet to even ship it. I then asked if i was able to order a second case to add to my order, to save on shipping and import, since they had not yet made it anyway. They refused.

"This was an awesome experience"

This was an awesome experience! I had read a few times that people were having issues with shipping taking a long time, so I wasn't expecting my order to show up so fast! I ordered multiple sets for the Star Wars ships that I have on the 21st of Nov. They were shipped out the next day, and arrived at my house on the 27th of Nov. I live in Washington state, so I was thinking it would take at least a couple weeks. It's age to say I'm very happy with this transaction and look forward to more in the future!

"Abysmally slow service (almost a year…"

Abysmally slow service (almost a year and and still dont have the product). For full disclosure, the product I've been waiting on was a prize offered by them as part of an event. I have been chasing them for months, with "customer service" spinning just about every version of the truth you can think of. Including needing details they already had (more than once), not being able to send emails out individually and only being able to do it once all the winners of the event had given them emails to use, not being able to send said emails due to internal workload, (supposedly print delays stopped them using outlook), changes of ownership internally and even prioritising "other projects" because the prizes are "free". Which somehow makes them lesser? Eventually I'm assured mine is in production...and a month later its not left. The excuse this time is they're batch produced (so much for made to order). So the better part of a year on, no product but plenty of excuses. Absolutely awful experience which only makes me question how they must handle items not attached to international events run by rather large licensee who'm they're working with. All said and done they've given absolutely no incentive to ever engage with them in any capacity again. Avoid. Like the Plague.

"Best cases"

Ok, I can understand complains about delayed items, but at black Fridays prices this year you can't find better quality!! I prefer to wait 3 months for the best than spending money for cases that after 1 year become yellow!!!!

"Products are cool, customer service is terrible."

I like the products but one of the products I ordered was i correct and was also broken. Your only option is to send a chat message which is effectively just an email. You get an automated response that some one will get back to you in 2 to 3 days. It has been two weeks of me sending multiple emails and I have yet to get a response. There is no other way to contact the company. I am about to resort to filing a claim through my credit card to get my money back for the incorrect/broken item.

"Wicked Brick customer since 2018"

I have been using Wicked Brick display cases and stands since 2018 to showcase a selection of my LEGO builds. The standard of their products has always been of a high quality and they continue to improve and innovate in order to provide the best format for LEGO collectors and fans to display their sets. The introduction of the limited edition cases that feature more novel arrangements to show off the great builds that LEGO produce are a great. I'm pleased that this has not come at the expense of providing a standard case, still detailed and manufactured to a high standard. Please keep up the good work.

"Good stands, not great quality control"

The stands that were well made were great! However with no building instruction it’s a bit confusing to put them together, especially when they packed them wrong (I bought several stands and pieces were mix-matched and with no instruction that was frustrating). Also the pieces for my millennium falcon stand must have not been cut properly as they don’t fit together well and the display stand isn’t very stable.

"Awful service"

Awful service. Made my first order and the printed background was missing, I complained and it took them a week to get back to me. Very poor service.
