"Took to long,no instructions "

I ordered my display case on 31-10
When it finally arrived on 20-1 it came with no instructions whatsoever
My first and definitely last purchase from them.

"Horrible Customer Service and Unimaginable Delivery Time"

In the 24th of November I placed an order in Wicked Brick for 4 products that I wanted to offer in the Christmas for my kids.

After placing the order I had (am having) two very bad experiences for today’s standards…

1) In the 28th of November I noted that Wicked Brick was having a “Black Friday Promotion”. I went to their webportal and saw that the fulfillment of my order was not made yet and so I asked them to cancel that order and to place a new one to get the “Black Friday" promotions. It had in impact of 20% of what I paid…

Wicked Brick took 20 days to answer me … on the 18th of December they replied me telling: “Sadly we are unable to provide the sale costings for these items due to this no longer being available”.
No words to comment this answer…

2) On the 14th of January, more than one month and half after placing the order, I still don’t have my products.
I sent them an email asking when it’s supposed for me to receive them and the answer I got was: “Our lead time calculator states that we expect to ship your order out in 1-3 working weeks”…

Meaning, I placed an order for Christmas one month in advance (of Christmas day) and "maybe" I’ll receive it in February...
And meanwhile, they weren’t able to even consider making me the “Black Friday Promotion” because, when they answered back, 3 weeks after my request, the Black Friday had pass…

In “today’s world” it’s rare to wait more than 1 week for any purchase online. This company is taking 3 months!!

I only don’t give the lower classification to this company because I’ve to admit that their products are good. But this Customer Service and the Delivery Times are really really bad.

"POOR QUALITY"

POOR QUALITY, STUDS WAY TO TIGHT I AM WORRIED MY EXPENSIVE FIGS WILL BREAK. STUDS FALLING OF CANNOT ATTACH THEM AGAIN. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

"Very good, but build instructions would be nice"

Very good LEGO display case with fast delivery to the Netherlands (about 2 weeks). Some instructions how to put the case together would have been nice. Overall I recommend Wicked Brick!

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

Placed an order on the 23rd of November 2024. Received an email on the 7th December 2024 saying it’s in the workshop etc. It’s now the 16th of January 2025, almost 8 weeks after I placed the order, and still no product.
I contacted them asking when I can expect the order and was met with an automated reply stating that a response could take between 1-2 weeks! Not 1-2 days, 1-2 weeks!!! Wtf?
Anyway, I got a response with them saying it could still take a further 1-3 weeks…This company is a joke. How is a company allowed to operate in this manner? There are hundreds of reviews on here with people complaining about the same issues. Why isn’t anything being done about this? Why is the company not embarrassed by these humiliating reviews? Lego need to stop affiliating themselves with this company asap as they are brand damaging. If you’ve read this far, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE. Boxxco do more or less the same products and they ship in less than half the time. They’re not perfect either, believe me, but they treat their customers right.

"They don’t live up to what they…"

They don’t live up to what they advertised. I’m currently disputing charges on an order that was supposed to take “up to six weeks” but I’m now waiting 10 weeks and nothing.

"Waiting game for Dust-Open case."

I've attended the 2024 Adepticon event and had the percieved pleasure of gaining access to a linited QR Warhammer code deal, where upon i would be getting the small display case with a limited adepticon print included to an eligible order on their site.
Pretty good one would think. They portray themself as professional and have a marketing and official partnerships that induce trust in their brand. Even Lego.
1 month go by.... 2 months go by, i start inquiring about the status of my order. I'm told within the week and they apologize for the extended wait period. Another month go by. A few messages forth and back. Im patient and in no hurry to recieve my order but burning 3 deadlines is not a good look. I finally do recieve my order and its, the wrong baseplate for the displaycase. Size does not match. Another waiting game.
Once all the correct pieces were at hand i could put it together. Quite disappointed to see the small gaps, not dust-proof.
How... Can a product of that price, with such high profile partnerships.. make a product with so bad tolerances on the plates that it lets dust in and negates the entire point of purchase in the first place?
I can NOT recommend the company at present. And would suggest for miniature oriented people to take a look on a much cheaper and better alternative like cobalt keep. Those are dustproof, magnetized base ready and can be used for transport of mini's and army's.

"Poor customer service!"

Wicked Brick fail to send items within the agreed shipping window, are not helpful by providing true updates over email, and are not supportive for issues with their courier. To the point that they stop responding to emails is just purely disappointing for a company that seems to sell decent products.

They never ansewer the phone my points have expired ive been ill with having cancer treatment over 4000 lost went to buy a minifig case found out lost all my points bit miffed !!!
