"Delivery time, customer service experience absolute trash"

The website says "Whilst this means you are likely to wait an average of 6 weeks for your order." My order shipped today, over 11 weeks after I ordered it, after I twice requested a refund which was ignored. I did not receive any updates during the ELEVEN WEEKS except once when I inquired. I understand that this is a small company but 1. They are overpromising on the delivery average, obviously 2. They shouldn't have sales if they can't ship out products in a reasonable time and 3. Suddenly shipping out a product when someone requests a refund is trash.

"Delivery time was quoted as…"

Delivery time was quoted as approximately 6weeks I complained after 8weeks and it took nearly 2 more weeks for my order to arrive! Contact was unapologetic in a it's late tough luck sort of vibe. Also the very basic instructions on the website are a joke! No kit specific instructions at all! Such a shame as the products are great!

"Lovely case for my Disney Castle"

I have just assembled the case for my Mini Disney Castle, and it is superb! A beautifully made case, with a lovely printed back panel which really sets off the castle. Very pleased.

Delivery time was nine weeks rather than the expected six, but well worth the wait!

"Commande jamais arrivée et aucune nouvelle"

Je laisse une étoile pour les jolis modèles qu'ils proposent. Mais c'est dommage je ne l'ai jamais reçu.
J'ai dépensé 80€ chez eux et ma commande est sans nouvelle après plus d'un mois c'est inadmissible ! Je n'ai aucune réponse du service client a mes mails, il est inexistant La commande est toujours en statut non traité sur le site. De plus impossible d'accéder à mon espace client autrement que par un système de code unique, je ne peux pas créer de compte. Bref j'ai perdu 80€ je ne suis pas prêt de recommander chez eux !

"I had to give the company one star…"

I had to give the company one star otherwise I could not put my answer to it .they deserve no star
The company is a total rip-off I order the display case for my Batman picture and it came broken and one part was a different size .no instructions and when you looked on line the instruction did not match what you had .3 weeks on still no response from this company
They need to be reported to the trade in standard because what they are selling does not match their website

"Wicked Brick want me to pay more for their packing mistake!"

Wicked Brick sent out two display boxes I purchased, it took 12 weeks to dispatch and when it arrived one pack was good but opening the second, they had sent a duplicate back piece and no window piece. Upon contacting 'customer service' as it had been more than 30 days, they flat out refused to send the correct piece to me and have so far offered 'to quote me' to buy the right piece that their team didn't send. Yes, thats right, they want me to pay more for their mistake. Unbelievable. Will never use again, 50% packing success is obviously enough for them. Avoid.

UPDATE: After offering to sell me the missing piece for £19.99 (55% of the original order value) and I refused, they finally reached out and agreed to send the missing piece for free. This has now been received and my set is complete. The matter is now solved.

"They send damaged items and the support…"

They send damaged items and the support doesn't answer. For the money they charge the service should be premium. Thanks Wickedbrick for ruining my best friends birthday, to whom i bought broken "Limited" display case!

Update: 2 months later the support has just shipped the broken part. They told me that cous of reasons, the shipping is on me.
