The team at Wicked Brick are awesome. I've made multiple purchases and the quality of the product is top notch. One of the panels was damaged (happens with shipments that need to cross the pond sometimes!) for the case I ordered to display my Mercedes-AMG F1 Lego set so I reached out to customer service. They responded in a very reasonable amount of time and quickly shipped a replacement panel. I can't recommend Wicked Brick enough if you're into displaying your Lego builds!

"Still waiting for my August orders "
Ordered 2 cases back in August, received the confirmation email saying approximately 6 weeks dispatch time.
After 11 weeks ( 1st November ) I hadn’t heard anything so emailed customer service and got an email back
“ Thank you for your email. We are very sorry for the ongoing delays. Our lead time calculator states that we expect to ship your order out in 4-6 working days”
So I waited 8 working days then emailed customer services again to be told
“ Thank you for your email, I am very sorry this has still not shipped, I have now checked with production and can confirm your order is in the last stage of production and is due to ship in the next few days.”
I have ordered a few cases before over the years and I have Never received any anywhere near the 6 weeks lead time they state on their email and it doesn’t seem to matter what time of the year I’ve ordered it’s still the same.
Just getting fed up with being fobbed off with excuses, this will definitely be my last order if I ever get it hopefully there’s nothing wrong with this one as with previous orders.

"Late Again and Appalling Customer Service "
Whilst the items themselves are usually well made, the customer service is terrible. More than 10 weeks of waiting for my order despite being assured it would take no more than 6. Numerous calls to the company because I wasn't informed of the order being delayed to be told it would be 1-2 weeks more and at week 8 still no order. Had to call again as no further updates were forthcoming and was told again I would have to wait another week but it was going to be dispatched by the end of the week - guess what, it wasn't and I had to call again because there was no update on the order being delayed any further. Was told it would be going out that day and had to wait another week to get the order delivered.
Absolutely atrocious customer experience and I wouldn't mind if this was an isolated incident but I have ordered 10 times and 10 times have had to wait for my order to arrive within 6 weeks only for them to arrive around the 10-12 week mark instead and each and every time I have had to chase Wicked Brick as they do not keep you up to date with any problems or delays once you've ordered. They also say they are going to improve it and this is being looked at but it hasn't changed for a few years and it looks like it isn't about to change anytime soon.

Kallax display came well packaged and Is great quality for money, easy to assemble and looks great once in place, will definitely be ordering again!

"Ware nach über 2 Monaten bekommen"
Habe am 17.September bestellt. Das es bei der Produktion und Versand länger dauert wird ja auf der Seite geschrieben. Aber über 8 Wochen geht gar nicht. Der email Kontakt auf der Internetseite ist nur Deko. Es meldet sich nie jemand. Sagt doch einfach 2-3 Monate Lieferzeit.

I’ve heard many people say that their order process, from ordering to your door can take up to 3 months and not the 6 weeks that they claim for the full process.
It’s 2024! Why does it take so long?
It’s misleading! They won’t communicate properly, just a vague will let you know as soon as it shipped. There’s no tracking of any sort (Every company I know has one).
Claiming that they have a manufacturer the product, as if it’s a bespoke product when it’s not as there are many people with Lego products of the same type!
Avoid at all cost, go somewhere else

The order was placed 25 August 2024 with a lead time mentioned on the page within 4-6 weeks. After this time period expired I had to reach out, would of been nice if they contacted me with an update with any delays on my order. their response "Our lead time calculator states that we expect to ship your order out in another 1-2 working weeks. 2 weeks later I asked for an update, again their reply "Our lead time calculator states that we expect to ship your order out in another 3-5 working days", again this time frame has expired and now they have chosen to ignore my emails...
seems they have drafted a default response to all "We're extremely sorry you haven't been happy with the service you've received from us, we can assure you this isn't what we strive for here at Wicked Brick."
They are quick enough to take your money off you.
Multiple poor reviews with the same excuses.
Very poor customer service all round and misleading delivery times.

Excellent product, if and when it ever arrives. They say 6 weeks, then dont bother getting in touch at all until you hound them to ask where the product is. I waited 8 weeks for my first one, I'm at 9 weeks now and I can honestly say i wont be using them again. No product is worth what they charge given the service that is provided. If you want to be premium in your product and pricing, the service has to reflect this, and it comes nowhere close.
