"Appalling Delays"

Wicked Brick do the best cases. I've ordered several in the past. The current order will be my last as the wait times are ridiculous, it's now 10 weeks since my £113.97 order and still no estimated despatch date. Will be using Boxxco from now on as they are far more reliable.

"Brick Separator cases"

I ordered the Brick Separator cases. I figured that since they were so small and didn’t require the printed background that they would be sent out faster. As it was, it took about 8 weeks to arrive. I really like the display cases that I have purchased, they are beautiful, but do think that the delivery wait is a bit excessive. The Brick Separator cubes are nice, glad I bought them when I did.

Fantastic display case that truly reflects a fantastic set. Background complements set well and will be using wkd bricks again.

"Like many others, the wait times became a joke"

I didn’t want to write this review, but like many others, the time delay became a joke.
Waited for the initial 6 weeks, no sign. I emailed customer services and was informed it would be another 1-2 weeks (standard response it seems)
I gave them 3, no sign of an update. I asked again for an update, heard nothing again for another week. It was at this stage my patience was exhausted and I requested a refund, which amazingly was promptly actioned despite the previous radio silence. This therefore tells me that after 10 weeks, my items were not even in production, despite Wicked Brick having £225 of my money for this length of time. They should at the very least take a deposit, with the balance taken out on dispatch, instead of the full amount at order if it’s going to take this long.
It’s a shame, as the products themselves appear to be great, but I will never know. Don’t keep customers waiting with misleading dispatch times after several weeks, If you can’t keep up with the demand, pause new orders until you catch up…

This is an excellent display case and stand.  I have bought a number of display stands from Wicked bricks for other Lego models. but this is the first I have bought with the full display case and extra backing art!

This displays this lego model awesomely !!!

I love Lego and I must say that wicked brick are a fantastic company who always come up with the best ideas for sets I have bought a good few cases of them and I must say the quality of them is outstanding. I know the delivery can be a bit of a pain but it just keeps u exited till your order comes

Recently recieved the Optimus Prime and Mini Disney Castle display cases. They were easy to put together and they make the lego products stand out so nicely. Customer support has been great and I have orded the Limited Edition wall display mount for the Milano. I can't wait to make further purchases from wicked brick.

"Fantastic Cases"

Wicked Brick builds the absolute best cases for current and also a few older Lego sets. The price-performance ratio is right, as the workmanship is of high quality just like the materials. Shipping costs and customs from Great Britain alone are annoying due to Brexit, but the company can't do anything about it.
You have to plan for at least two months of waiting, as it is a small manufactory that produces high-quality on order. Of course, I would like it to be faster, but I have come to terms with it. Nevertheless, I have a little annoyance. The cases for the Brickheadz can be provided with plaques of the figures. Unfortunately, Wicked Brick does not offer all badges for ordering. My inquiries in the last two years did not yield any results. Too bad. Otherwise, I can only advise you to upgrade your Lego sets with cases from this manufacturer.
