"10 weeks and nothings"

Ordered a unit on 3rd May, contacted them after 6 weeks as hadn’t heard anything. Was told another 1-2 weeks. That past, still no unit. Told another 5-7 working days - well that’s been and gone and guess what….. nothing. Also no response so far to my last chaser.

I did get an email asking to review the product though. I’d like what I played for first!

Yes it took a little while to turn up due to supply issues but so what well worth the wait

10 weeks and still havent received order. They told me 1-2 weeks, 4 weeks ago. I have now requested to cancel the order as these delivery times are ridiculous!

There was a considerable delay with my order, but this was communicated out.
The customer service is incredible though, with quick replies and helpful information.

"Honestly feel really let down by WB"

Honestly feel really let down by WB, ordered from their Warhammer range 12 weeks ago! To give credit where its due they do respond when I email them but none of the infomation matches up. First told that it would on time for the 6 week lead time. Then told there was a delay and finally I was told nearly 2 weeks ago my order would be shipped within 3-5 working days and still nothing. Ordered 2 items totalling over £100. I appreciate it is made to order but be realistic with your time scales and be proactive by updating customers. It isn't on us to keep chasing! I'm still not convinced I will actually get my order...

(Updated 5/7)) - emailed to chase and was told that my order is its final stages of production still with the promise of "very soon" on when I will recieve. How long is soon? Another 4 weeks?

"No products on sight after 8 weeks"

Ordered on 1st May and the 4th of May. Had to cancel both orders today as after 8 weeks there was no info when these items would ship. Customer service wrote 1-3 additional weeks 2 weeks ago. (Standard answer without any checks or investigations.) Never again… not a serious company. Running promotions after promotions and still not satisfied orders from May… (today is 1st July, 2024).


Answer to the reply: That is not an answer. Yes, unforseen things can happen. But not to have any info after 8 weeks when to expect my orders is unbelievable. And I had 2 orders… with different items. Non shipped after 8 weeks. Come on… (19th July)

"Second time ordering from this company…"

Second time ordering from this company and second time order has taken far too long. First order got cancel as they told me the order was going to be another 4-6 weeks on top of the already 6 week I had waited and it's beginning to look like this is the same. Placed an order on May 1st and still waiting. I have email but heard nothing back. I don't understand why you would run a May 4th even and NOT have the stock ready to ship or at least some to relieve the high demand.

POOR POOR POOR - A six week delivery window came and went, i had to contact them to find out another possible 4 weeks!! If you can't fulfil your orders within that 6 week window then surely contacting your customers is only the right thing to do, what a waste and what a shame for an order I've been excited to receive to be let down at the last minute

Cases are second to none can't beat the quality but delivery is always letting them down. Takes too long I'm afraid.
