"Very good stand"

Overall it is a good stand that feels sturdy and is easy to put together once you find the YouTube link.
The instructions could have been easier to find as it comes with generic instructions for all sets but not for the specific set, for that you need to go onto the product on the website and look for a YouTube link which it does not tell you to do.
Fair enough, apologies as I am an idiot and thanks for the reply, much appreciated!

Ordered 2 stands, and now they have arrived, they were easy to assemble and look great. It is a 6 week wait for delivery, and i did need to chase my order. Well packaged though.

"Quick Resolution to Complaints"

Orders are made to order do the lead time is around 6 weeks. I’ve recently ordered 2 display cases which have been delivered (this company uses DHL - they could do much better) - sadly both cases were damaged (one during production). Replacements were requested - one arrived after 3 weeks the other within a week.
The cases are high quality and easy to put together (but don’t rush it!!!).
If my cases had been perfect then this report would have 5*

"The worst delivery times ever!!!"

The biggest thing I hate about this company is delivery times!!!! They say 6 weeks which is long enough but it's always longer and there's no communication or apology!
They say they have a back log but then keep releasing new items like limited edition cases or new collaborations which causes an influx of orders.

Which I get they are a business and it's part of it but maybe put a hold on these things untill you can actually stick to Ur stated delivery times or even better improve on Ur stated times!

Their cases are just as good as wicked brick and in some cases are better as they have printed bases and most importantly Delivery times are decent!

That's true for my largest set, the Batcave™ Shadow Box, with it's brilliant waterfall cave graphic printed on the back wall of the case and matte black base, as well as my smallest set for Tron Legacy, which on its own doesn't demand much attention on a shelf, but in its Wicked Brick case with printed vinyl background just POPS in the best way possible. I find assembly of the cases and stands to be quite intuitive and the materials used to be high quality. Admittedly yes, the shipping times can be interminable, but as long as you've prepped your expectations for this when placing your order, any frustrations you may have fostered during the wait will melt away once your set is beautifully displayed in your newly assembled case. Huge recommend!

"not worth"

only arrived after 4 months and only after i emailed them 2x asking where it was. the email on their website is a no reply email so had to go back into my emails to find any other one that would respond
arrived and theres no set instructions per set just a terrible "general" instructions but nothing to help the specific display stand i had so i had to use pictures from the website. the pieces are also hard to snap into eachother and one bit didnt fit so i just gave up
the quality of the stand is ok and looks ok now its finally together but was such a faff getting it delivered and putting it together will be looking elsewhere for solutions as this was not worth the price paid for the item AND for shipping

Star Wars Diaoram Trench Run display case is excellent. Really adds something to the model. Excellent product really well engineered.

"Amazing company"

Wickedbrick makes very beautiful displays. I have bought many displays from them. The delivery time is a bit on the long side, but that is because they still have to make the display. The customer support is very good. The displays are very well packed with bubble wrap and the corners of the display are also well packed. Unfortunately, a part was damaged on my last order, but when I reported this I received a quick response and they delivered a new one at no extra cost to me.

"Not cheap, but great way to exhibit your Lego-sets"

Somewhat pricy solution to exhibit you Lego-constructions. I also had to wait quite some time (6 weeks) to recieve my ordered stand. But all is good in the end : the stand really looks great and quality is very good. So if you still have some money left over after buying that nice Lego-set, and some time and patience : go ahead and order a stand at Wicked Brick. You won't be sorry.

"Broken panel swiftly replaced."

One side piece of my Titanic case was found damaged on arrival. Wicked Brick (Patarina) reacted swiftly to ensure a replacement was delivered in a timely manner. It arrived within the week. Well pleased with the case. Good quality and relatively easy to build. Will use WB again. Thank you.
