Ordered over a month ago and heard nothing from them. Their contact us on the email confirmation goes to a no-reply email address, they delete complaints on social media and their phones don’t answer. Complete scam.

I have purchased many cases and stands from Wicked Brick over the past year. They are always packaged extremely well. Overwhelmingly, the products arrive in perfect condition. On the very few instances when there was an issue (for example, a missing part) and I communicated them to Wicked Brick, I received prompt responses, typically within one day, and the issues were quickly resolved to my satisfaction (for example, replacement parts were sent). Additionally, I am a collector of Star Wars Lego sets, and I am impressed by the number of stands and cases available for this genre.

"Amazing Customer Service"
I've had to reach out to customer service on 2 occasions because of errors I made and the customer service was so fast and the team members that responded were so kind and helpful.
The first incident, I accidentally bought 2 of an item and they promptly refunded the extra item.
The second incident, I entered in the wrong address and again, they responded quickly and got everything resolved.
The display cases are really great. The one minor thing I didn't like was there were a couple of cases I ordered with a background and it turned out to be a sticker not a printed image. It wasn't a problem, just my OCD to get the sticker on evenly across a large surface area made it take a little longer to install than necessary. Otherwise, the cases with the printed images on the back panel are absolutely beautiful! I've already been a repeat customer!

"Items arrive in perfect condition every time."
I've bought quite a few items from them since 2021, and I've been happy with every single purchase.
Shipping time could be better, but it's nothing to complain about since they give information on whether a product is in stock or needs to be made, and ETA's for shipping.
Customer service has been really good as well. I've asked many questions over the years, and I always get a friendly response from the team. I also had an issue with my latest order, and they resolved it asap.

I’ve ordered 2 big Lego cases from Wicked Brick around mid December. Given Christmas period I was aware that it might have taken a while to receive the products. Since I was relocating end of January, a couple of weeks before the move I contacted the customer service to ask for an update on the delivery timeframe and to eventually provide a new address. Jemma from customer service was very kind and quick in getting back with a more precise timeframe and managed to get the products delivered perfectly in time before my move.
As the products arrived, they were both nicely protected and well packaged. However, unfortunately one side of one of the cases got damaged while being internationally transported. I reached out again to Jemma, who was again very kind with me and connected me with Karen, who manages the replacement process.
Karen was very nice and attentive in understanding the issue and swiftly managed the situation. She arranged to ship the correct replacement piece, which arrived in perfect conditions in less than 10 days!
The products are great, in very good quality and it’s normal that transportation issues might happen, most of all on international scale. What really made the difference here is Wicked Brick’s outstanding customer service, which smoothly and with great kindness handled any inconvenience.
Big thanks to both Karen and Jemma, who bring this company customer experience to the next level!

"Avoid at all costs!"
If I could give 0 stars I would. Wow an order was placed before Christmas, we had to contact to ask where it was a few weeks ago and then it arrived yesterday. Guess what - the sections are completely incorrect, not fitting together in the base plate and 2 sections look big enough to house the millennium falcon they are so ridiculously large.
Absolutely disgusted. Called customer service who said they need to see photos so sent yesterday via their online form and heard nothing. Done again today and still nothing.
Have bought from these in the past but never again - awful delivery times, obviously awful packaging control and awful after care.
Avoid!
