"Damaged/Missing pieces"

I have order from Wicked brick everytime I need a case for a lego set as they produce the best cases. However everytime I order from them something has happened. Either a piece is missing from the case, or the case has not been cut right and will not fit the other pieces, or the case has been damaged during packing and shipping and seems like they do not do any quality assurance. I am fed up of receiving products with missing pieces or are damaged and have to wait to contact to get a replacement.

bad customer support
a piece of the order was wrong and they refused to send me the correct one sayng that his policy states that i can signal damaged ( underline damaged) part within 30 days.

"Awesome product"

I bought the Mclaren f1 case and the Porsche 911 RSR stand from Wicked Brick recently, I can honestly say the product quality and packaging is the best you can buy. It is flat packed and does come with instructions, however, it's much easier to assemble by looking at the product pictures on the website! The only thing that could be improved is the shipping but still worth a 5 star rating!

"I keep ordering more"

This is my sixth display case from Wicked Brick, and was a limited edition case for Lego set 76261 Spider-Man Final Battle. I actually ordered the display case before I got the Lego! I think they are great. I get so many complaints from Lego and non-Lego fans when they see my sets displayed. They are easy to put together, but beware of fingerprints.
They cases protect from dust and are sturdy, particularly at the edges and corners. The case isn't attached to the base, making it easy to access the set.
This loses a star as the cases are almost as expensive as the Lego sets, and I have to wear gloves to put it all together and move it around!

"Will order again :)"

Here under is the last mail I sent to the after sales team regarding the replacement for some broken pieces upon delivery. I think it correctly depicts my experience with Wicked Brick: really good.

Greetings Wicked Brick After-Sales Service,

this is just a little message to inform you that I effectively received the replacement parts for my Millenium Falcon Standing Case!
Every parts were in perfect shape, and I hadn't to pay any custom fees : thanks :)

Even if I assembled the case and placed my Lego model inside 7 days ago, I'm still in awe in front of the work put into the minifigures and the ship standings. The mounting engravings on the plates are also ultra clean and allowed a simple assembly as well.

I just wanted to let you know that the help provided by your help regarding my broken pieces issue was outstandingly good : your understanding, spontaneity and efficiency time-wise were really well welcomed and I'm already looking toward my next display case from your company.

That said, I wish your entire team an excellent day.

"Poor Quality For The Price"

I would rate lower, but the stand looks really good, once it was finally assembled.

I ordered the display stand for my UCS Millenium Falcon, the stand said it was in stock with a lead time of 1-3 days for delivery. I got a notification saying the stand had shipped, but then nothing further for 2 weeks. Once i finally spoke to support, they shipped another stand which arrived promptly. When assembling the first stand the holes in the acrylic base weren’t cut large enough to fit the stands in. This resulted in excess pressure and the stand snapping during assembly. I called support and they said they would send out a replacement base and stand pieces. These didn’t arrive for another 2 weeks and was told on the phone the parts would be checked to ensure they fit correctly. When they arrived, it was exactly the same as before the holes in the base couldn’t fit the stands in. As i didn’t want to risk snapping it again, I ended up having to sand down the stand pieces in order for them to fit into the base. I wouldn’t have minded as much, but since the stand cost me £70.00, I really expected better quality. I was very disappointed since a lot of redditors and YouTubers recommended this stand and they didn’t seem to have these issues. So not sure if a supplier has changed or something since those reviews.

TLDR: The stand looks great, really happy with how it looks. However, the quality/quality control really needs improving especially when selling for such a premium price.

"Terrible Customer Service"

I ordered a display case that I was extremely excited for, even watched some YouTube videos about it, finally received my package after 3-4 weeks but to my surprise the cubes and screws were missing to even put the whole thing together!

A week after my package arrived I emailed them that I was missing an item, no response. I text them on instagram saying that I have to contact them which is what I did again, still no response. If they wanted to do a good job they would’ve, this just shows how terrible wicked brick is at fixing their own mistakes that they’ve caused. I was going to buy more display cases if everything came out right but that just gave me a reason to never buy from them ever again.

"Shipping....again."

I have to agree with many here. This company either needs to update the website with HONEST lead times or work on the efficiency of production if they continue to grow as they have. The products are outstanding, shipping and lead times, horrible. I sent a message seeking status after 3 weeks and got a canned response "our production team is working hard", etc. That doesn't help when asking about when to expect an item to ship. It has now been four weeks on an item that was supposed to ship within 2-4 weeks, so I had to send another email requesting status. Again, I have several of these cases they are high quality, really nice displays, but you can't keep stringing customs out with these long production/shipping times.

12/5 - Update…Still nothing, no correspondence, no shipping notification. I honestly don’t understand how this company stays in business. I did get an email reply couple weeks ago with another excuse (warehouse issues??)and that item should ship in 1-2 weeks, here we are 2 weeks later and nothing. They even reached out through trustpilot asking for my order number which I provided and guess what…heard nothing but crickets. Have to do another review knocking it from 2 stars to 1. Oh, on top of everything else, they of course hit my credit card as soon as I ordered the item, pathetic

Wo soll ich anfangen, bestellt, verschickt, Versand ein wenig zu teuer, leider wegen dem BREXIT hat der Deutsche Zoll was länger gebraucht.

"Such a difficult one"

Such a difficult one, the quality of the stands is exceptional. But even when products state 1-3 days until shipped, they can take weeks or months. Such a shame cos I’d rather by a cheaper substandard product that I can get quickly than order better quality, not know if I’m going to get it this year.
