I have been a WickedBrick customer for over 5years. In that time, I have seen the company learn from their mistakes, implement changes, and grow. Their customer service has been no different. Having purchased the limited edition LOTR Rivendell display case, I was a bit dismayed when the glass top did not align with the grooves in the sides and back of the case, so I reached out to support. Within a week, they sent me a replacement glass top that works and fits perfectly. I super appreciate the WickedBrick family and the ongoing support they offer. Cheers! 🥳🤟

"Quality Sturdy Display Case"
Really happy with the quality of the Titanic box from WB. We did have a small issue with one of the panels but WB's customer service team were absolutely brilliant and sent a replacement part, which arrived after a few days. Yes, there was a fairly lengthy delivery time for the case but we were aware of that when we ordered it and we think it was well worth the wait. Extreemely happy with the display case and we plan to buy more from WB.

"Shipping time is a joke"
Shipping time is absolutely horrendous, 6-8 weeks for a display case. ordered on the 19th of June and still not arrived, cost a fortune as well and still had to pay for shipping on top of that. If they're going to take a century to ship it out the least they could do is offer free shipping. Contacted customer service and they said it won't ship for at least another 5-7 business days so already gone over the ridiculous wait time.

"Save Your Money"
I'm honestly at my wits end with this company, and am about to just dispute the charge with my bank. After waiting 2 months to receive my product, I cannot get the dang sticker off. No instructions, no reply to my email after over 24 hours (yet again). This seems to be the only way to get a reply from them, so here I am: How the heck do you get the front sticker off of the back piece for your lightsaber displays. They arrived already screwed together, and peeling the sticker isn't working. It just stretches and is caught behind the front piece. Order #148636

The Titanic display case I purchased from them is amazing very well well constructed, really good quality and well worth the 8 weeks it takes to manufacture. And it has really made my Titanic look fantastic, especially with the printed back panel.
I will defiantly be ordering more display cases from them.

Site does not mention the 3 month wait you'll have for your product, I called and the receptionist sounded surprised that I should chase this up?! I said if you made it clear on your website I wouldn't be calling as I wouldn't have bought.
When it did eventually arrive, 12 lego speed wall mount it has poor generic instructions requiring a magnifying glass to read and once I started to build it was fiddly, the boards did not fit together easily and with no help from the micro-film instructions, tried to ease them into place which lead to a crack-in the bin now.
Disappointed tbh.

just to clarify, the lead time is not the issue, its the fact that I bought it unaware of it. And as I previously stated had I have been I wouldn't have purchased.
However, the fact that as a company you respond on here IMO shows that you care and I'm sure future design iterations will be better, held stock count will increase and I suspect an embedded QR code on your instructions will be added to enable customers to enlarge the build schematics to their hearts content.
