"Long wait but worth it in the End"
I ordered the Wicked Brick case for the Lego Motorised Lighthouse set of which gave a lead time of 6-8 weeks but unfortunately did take longer around 10 weeks due to supplier issues and demand,increase in orders I can’t fault the customer service Jemma in particular
I received from them as I had a issue with the background sticker and a replacement was sent out to me very quickly I would have given 5* but due to the extra time the case took to arrive I have given 4* as a fair review of my personal experience of my order but worth the wait Thankyou

"Don’t buy from here!"
Don’t buy from here! It’s taken 11 weeks for my Diagon Alley case to arrive and it’s come missing the cubes to screw the case together and the information plaque!
How can it take so long and then they send it so wrong?! Ridiculous!

"Bad customer service"
First, the order took more than estimated. It took 12 weeks, while the estimated time at the time of the checkout was 8-10 weeks. They didn't reply to my email asking about where there order is. I started worrying that Wicked Brick was not legit. The display case arrived with a tiny paper of instructions of another display and a note "it's similar". It was impossible to make any sense from the tiny leaflet of the instructions, really bad. After some trial and error I figured out the assembling on my own. Final product looks ok as expected, but the overall customer experience was really bad. I doubt I will use the service again even though it has nice stuff.

I attempted today, (3 times),to order a Titanic
display case. My card was declined (3 times)
It has been brought to my attention via my banking institution that as a direct result of cerrtain irregularities between Wicked Brick & Master Card, Master Card has elected to block all card transactions between all card holders with my institution & WB.

"Tried phoning Wicked Bricks a number of…"
Tried phoning Wicked Bricks a number of times to check on the progress of my order, automative answer stating all our agents are busy. Why not leave you in a queue for a agent, no leave a message. Message left, no one phones you back. Filled a form out on line, no response. In my opinion Wicked Bricks need to smarten up their customer service skills, otherwise they will loose customers. So far disappointing experience with this company, not sure I will order a display case again. Long lead time to receive your order, again production is in need of producing customer orders within a week instead of 8 to 10 weeks. When you pay your hard earned cash for a product you expect good customer service and to receive your case quickly.

Amazing looking and really enhances the model.
Lasonpurchased some hexagonal display stands for Minifigs but unfortunately the wrong colour was sent. Contacted WB and with no hassle replacements are being sent. They even permitted me to keep the incorrect ones. Customer Service was extremely helpful and polite, I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Patarina.
If you want stands for your various models but don't want differing ascetics then look no further than WB. Quality is exceptional and theam there are good people.

"The Very Best Display Case"
Absolutely fabulous display case. My Titanic model looks fantastic. Wicked brick display cases are undoubtedly the very best in the market place. The innovative design is outstanding. I very highly recommend “Wicked Brick” and all their products.

"Long wait times, misinformation & poor customer service"
Your website states that if you place an order, it should take around 6 to 8 weeks to complete. However, when I should an order on March 8th, the e-mail confirmation stating it would take 8 to 10 weeks to complete instead 6 to 8 weeks. What? A big red flag right there! Talk about deception! But wait it get even worse!
I get an e-mail on April 28th, stating my order is now in production and it should be shipped out no later than May 19th. Really? You're just starting to process my damn order?! You guys have taken my money and you've done nothing for 2 months. This is unacceptable!
So May 19th has passed, I have heard nothing from them, I've sent several e-mail with no response. I am not a happy customer at all!
This company needs to hire more people to fill their so called "influx" of orders from customers all over the world and it wouldn't hurt if they extended their hours of operations and worked on the weekends to reduce the ridiculously long wait periods. If you can't do that, maybe you shouldn't be in business. Thank god you're not the only company that makes Lego display cases, it would be a monopoly at its worst. Competition is a beautiful thing in the world of business.
Customers don't want to wait on an average of 3 months or more for their order to arrive. It's frustrating!
Enough said, this company will never ever get another cent out of me again.

"Bad experience"
If you are reading the reviews to decide whether to place an order on Wicked Brick (that's what I did), hear this out - DON'T. I regret for ignoring the reviews written by others and now I'm suffering from it. I received my order 10/5 (after 10 weeks) and even after spending absurd amount of time to deliver my order, they still mixed it up and sent the wrong panel (do they not have a team to validate and check this?). I immediately sent them an email on the same day and received a response that they will send a replacement as soon as possible. I had to follow up with another email on 16/5 to check on the status and received a response on 17/5 that the replacement panel has been shipped out. I'm not sure which courier company they used to send it (I did ask through another email but received no response from them) but I still have not received the replacement until now. If a small panel takes them 2 weeks to replace, that speaks volumes of how bad they are. So, if you would like to take the risk of waiting for 10 weeks with the possibility that they may mess up your order and will take another 2 weeks to replace it (or you may not even get it), be ready to be disappointed with their service.
